Emma walks over to Cherry and Shadow"Good evening, Mr.Shadow, Mrs.Blossom, how've you two been?"

"Ah'm fine ms.Emma."

"As am ah. So, Emma, I hear yer my boy's marefriend, that true?"She smiles

"Ah'm just gonna some air."He stands up, puts on his sunglasses and pulls on his hood."Ah'll see ya in a bit."He walks outside and sits down near Charcoal and Scorch.

Emma slowly nods"Y-yes ma'am. He's really nice to me..."

[Tytan]

"Well, if you really love her, then an ass kicking will be worth it to be with her."

[XT Vengeance]

"Hey there Shadow. How are you?" Charcoal asks, scratching Scorch's neck with his right hoof.
Scorch coos softly.

"Not bad, Charcoal, just came out to enjoy a lovely night."A tendril comes out of his coat starts to pull his hood down further, he swats it away"How 'bout yerself?"

"Y-yeah, it would and I'd gladly take one fer her. I...I just don't know what ta say ta him, I mean me an Crackshot have been friends since I can remember I don't want'im ta get mad at me or somethin'.."

[Tytan]

"If he's your friend he'll understand. He might not like it, but he'll understand."

[Guest]

"I hope so, I'd rather not get shot in the ass from five hundred meters away."He sighs"And before ya ask, yes he'd do somethin' like that."

[Tytan]

"Well if that happens I'll personally pull the lead out of your rear."

"I'm doing alright. Scorch and I were just having a chat," Charcoal says, continuing to rub the balefire phoenix's neck.

[Guest]

"Oh? that's mighty interestin', ya must have quite the way with animals then.*looks over at Scorch*Or he's just special, most animals ah meet tend ta growl and snarl at me."

"Thanks?*Sighs and shakes his head*Yer probably right though, I'm just overreactin' we've been through together, I don't think he'd shoot me over that."

[Tytan]

"I'm sure he wouldn't, but just in case you should take to wearing metal britches."

[XT Vengeance]

Scorch looks right back at Shadow, his red eyes glowing softly in the night. "Kaw?"

"Yes Scorch, he was referring to you," Charcoal says to his feathered friend.

"Scorch and I have been travelling together for about eight years now. We met shortly after I got my cybernetics. You could say we learned each other's quirks," he says with a chuckle.

[Guest]

Whisper thinks about it"Yeah, that might be a good idea..."He shakes his head"Well, doc, I was wonderin' could ya help me somethin'? I wanted ta do somethin' special fer Emma, but I'm no good with all the romantic stuff..."

"Ah see, that would certainly explain things*The tendrils start messing with his hood again, he swats them away*Damn things*He mutters, then looks back at Charcoal.*Now, ya said raiders did that ta ya right? Ah know it's none of my business, just figured it was somethin' we had in common and Blossom said ah should try talkin' 'bout things folks had in common ta make friends or somethin'."

[XT Vengeance]

"Yes. They did," he states flatly.

"Did raiders do something to you as well? They destroyed Scorch's nest. That's kinda how we met."

Scorch puffs up his feathers at the mention of raiders.

[Tytan]

Clock blushes a little, "Well, my idea of romantic usually involves get-ups like these." She holds up her socked hoof, "Did you have an idea?"

[Guest]

"Yeah, they did."He stares off into the distance"Went through and killed everyone from my home, killed my family, left me fer dead."


Whisper blushes a little"N-not really, I just wanted ta do somethin' nice fer her, maybe dinner or somethin'? But two hundred year old food isn't exactly somethin' ya give ta somepony special..."

[Tytan]

"Usually intent is better than content. As long as you're tryin' to do something special for her it won't matter to much what it is. I'm not much of a cook, but we've got some nice stuff in the kitchen."

[XT Vengeance]

"I'm sorry to hear that. If it helps, I kinda know how you feel." Charcoal says. "Its thing like that that make my job necessary."

[Guest]

"Bounty hunter?"

Whisper smiles"R-really? Ya really think we could find somethin' nice?"

[Tytan]

"We can try. Like I said, I'm not much of a cook. Anything more complicated than applebombs and milk tends to get... messy. But I think there was some nice simple stuff."

[XT Vengeance]

"Nothing so adventurous," Charcoal says with a smirk. "Scorch and I usually protect some of the major caravan routes though the Manehattan suburbs."

"Squawk?"

"I was getting to that," Charcoal says to his radioactive friend.

"On the off days we spend time whittling down their numbers."

[Guest]

"Well, lets go see what we can do, two smart ponies like us should be able ta figure somethin' out!"he starts to head to the kitchen

"Oh, good and honest work then. Ah should probably switch my line of work ta somethin' like that. Probably keep me outta trouble"The tendrils take out his pistol, and start to clean it.

[Tytan]

"I think they had the same discussion when they invented the megaspell." She walks into the kitchen with Whisper.

Whisper shrugs"Can't be any worse then experimental medical procedures and rogue medical robots."He walks over to the fridge.

[XT Vengeance]

"Yeah, there are a few other ponies who work the same areas as us. Most of them tend to work in groups of four or more though. Scorch and I work better with just the two of us, unless the raider nest is really big. Scorch here is the best spotter a pony could ask for," Charcoal says happily."

"Kaw!" Scorch says, striking a noble pose.

[Tytan]

Clocks ears perk, "Experimental medical procedures? Color me interested."

[Guest]

"Yeah, I found an old book in base that had a bunch of experimental treatments and such in it, I could let ya take a look if ya'd like?"

"Ah don't know 'bout that, Blossom is a damn good spotter when we're huntin'."He smirks

[Tytan]

"That's mighty generous of yah. How 'bout we hold off until after your special meal." Clock pokes around in the cabinets. "What does Emma like?"

[XT Vengeance]

"Yeah? What kind of ranges did you usually work at? And what was the terrain?" Charcoal asks, his curiosity piqued.

[Guest]

"Depends on my loadout and job, normally ah try ta stay 'bout eight hundred meters out, and if ah can help it low hills, that's mainly fer Blossom though, she likes ta take out targets from a distance. I prefer a more personal approach myself..."

Whisper grins"She likes blueberries and peaches, if we can find any that'd be great."Starts looking for them.
