Charcoal, who had been cleaning and repairing his hunting rifle, looks to the green filly.

"Hi there," he says with a smile, offering his hoof to the newcomer. "My name's Charcoal."

Whisper looks at Clock"Not really helpin' doc..."He mutters then turns to Emma"Emma, she really nice. I promise."He gives her a reassuring smile.

"O-okay, Whispy if you say so."She peaks her head out and rests it on his shoulder looking at Clock"S-sorry 'bout that ma'am."She smiles sheepishly, she then hears Charcoal"H-hello, Mr.Charcoal*She spots his hoof*Oh my goodness, what model is that?!"She climbs off Whisper's back and starts inspecting Charcoals hoof.

"Well, it was custom built for me, I'm not really sure what model. I've done so many repairs and modifications anymore. It's set up for better stabilization during sniping, and fine mechanical manipulation." *extends the three small appendages from the end of the hoof, bends them, then retracts them* "They come in handy when I'm making repairs."

[Guest]

"That's so cool! I had an idea for something like that, except it'd be more of a servo arm on the back of a suit of power armor. The only problem I'm having is setting up the power supply, and figuring out the weight to mobility ratio..."She stares at the arm in amazment

Whisper smiles and continues to listen to Emma.

"Well, I'm not the best at making things like that, I just know how to keep it working in good condition," the grey colt states. "My eye is much harder to repair if something happens to it."

[Guest]

"I could take a look, but I haven't really worked with cybernetics as much as I'd to..."She shakes her head"But if this place has an armory I can probably find a some mods for your rifle, extended mags, better scope, you name it."She beams

"Oh, you misunderstand. I don't need any repairs at the moment, and as far as my weapon, I built this myself. I already have a bunch of mods on it."

[Guest]

"Oh, a custom piece huh?"She glances at the rifle and smiles"Well, she seems very happy.*Smile*Says you do a really good job at taking care of her."

Whisper seats next to Emma

"How...how did you know that?" he asks with a confused look on his face.

Emma blushes and looks down"Well.. Uh, ya see...Um"

Whisper moves closer to her and puts his arm around her.

She relaxes and takes a deep breath"Well, it's my, uh, super special talent."She smiles then points to the crossed hammer and wrench cutie mark on her flank"Uh, how to explain. Uh, okay, ya know how everypony has a soul? That thing that makes them unique and who they are?"

"Well, yeah. I'm guessing that you can speak to a weapon's soul? Is that the correct term?"

[Guest]

Emma nods"Yeah, something like that, every suit of armor, every firearm, and vehicles have one. Except instead of speaking it's kinda like... Well I don't really know how to explain it. So for example, you take extraordinary care of your rifle. So, what I hear is a happy, somewhat peaceful voice that will be reliable. If you take a raider weapon, rusty, corroded, and in massive disrepair. It sounds angry, violent. That's what I hear, when I look at them. Each their own person. Sometimes, if you're lucky, they'll even tell ya their name."She smiles

[Tytan]

"Maybe you'd like to meet Vik. He's got some pretty extensive cyberization. From what I understand, they're custom made by Horse Industries."

Whisper looks at Clock and smiles"That's actually a good idea, doc, I bet she would like ta meet'im."He nuzzles Emma

Emma blushes

[Tytan]

"Don't be scared sweetheart. He may look like a big brute, but he's very nice. Nicer since Lola showed up."

[XT Vengeance]

"Huh. Well ain't that sumthin'. That's an interesting talent you have. Makes mine seem rather mundane in comparison."

[Guest]

"Thanks, normally only Whispy *She hugs Whisper* and my brother think so. Most ponies think it's weird or that I'm crazy or something. But I can tell ya in certainly helps when it comes to repairs and building new pieces."She beams.

Whisper nods"Yeah, Emma, I bet you'll like'im he's really funny."

"R-really?"

[Tytan]

"He's pretty funny, in his own way. Come on, I'll introduce you." Clock beckons to the door.

"Well, if you folks need me I'll be out here waiting for Scorch." Charcoal then pulls a magazine out of his saddlebags and begins reading.

[Tytan]

"We'll just be inside. If you get shot or something come and find me."

[Guest]

"O-okay, it was very nice meeting you Mr.Charcoal."

Whisper offers Emma his back"Yeah, it was nice meetin' ya, sir. I can't wait to meet yer friend Scorch, he seems really nice."

Emma climbs onto his back.

Whisper follows Clock inside.

[Tytan]

Clock led Whisper and Emma into the common room. She found Viktor sitting next to Lola as he scratched the small of her back, "Hey Vik. I've got a new friend for you."

Viktor continued scratching Lola, who snored softly, and looked over at Clock. He saw that she was leading a new pony, "Is 'nother little pony?"

"Yep. Her name is Emma. Say hi."

Viktor gave Emma an awkward smile, "Hello new little pony. Is nice meet."

Emma hides behind Whisper's mane"H-hi Mr. I-I heard you h-have s-some cyber parts?"Buries her face in Whispers neck

"Sorry, Vik, Emma's a bit shy when it comes ta meetin' new folks."He looks back at Emma"It's all right, Emma, he's friendly."

Shadow looks at Emma and leans into Cherry"Blossom, Whisper's mare is here, if ya wanted ta met her."

Cherry looks at her"Well, she certainly is cute..."

"Yup, looks like our boy has good taste, just like his daddy."He smirks

"Uh, huh? Because if ah recall ya didn't want anythin' ta do with me 'cause ya said 'yer just gonna slow me down or get yer self hurt'."She smirks

"Well, ah, uh"He sighs

Cherry chuckles and kisses Shadow"Oh, ah'm just messin' with ya love."She smiles

[Tytan]

"Is okay little pony. Viktor have cyber parts." He holds out his non-scratching arm with his hand palm up.

[Guest]

Emma peaks her head from behind Whisper's mane and looks at Viktor"Wow, those are really cool, Mr."She smiles and she starts to get off Whisper's back"They look really special."

Whisper chuckles at her sudden change in attitude, and kisses her cheek."Yup, they sure are, aren't they, sweetie."

Emma blushes and nods"Y-yeah, they are..."

[Tytan]

Viktor looks confused, "Course is special. Is Viktor arm. Not special if 'nother leg..."

Viktor realizes what she means, "Oh! Little pony means that special. Then is special. Is for Dog not Pony. And is for dig." He extends the claws with a metalic schick and presses his fingers together making a spade like shape. He gives his hand a quick spin before putting it all back to normal.

Emma's eyes go wide"That's so cool. If I had to guess I'd say they were made with digging in mind. Interesting design, very... Harmonic, sound kinda hungry though..."

[Tytan]

"Arms is hungry? Oh!" Viktor digs into his pocket and pull out some gem packs. He breaks them open and dumbs them into the recepticles on both arms. For good measure he swallows some as well.

"Emma, what do you mean 'Harmonic'?"

[Guest]

Emma blushes and looks down

"It's all right, Emma, I'm right here. Ya can tell her."He rubs her back comfortingly

She looks up"Well, they a have certain 'song' to them. They seem very, peaceful, happy even. I'm sorry if I'm not explaining it right, it's just the from and function so perfectly meshed, gives it a very harmonic sound to their spirit, it's very peaceful to listen to..."She looks away

Whisper kisses her cheek"Emma, it's all right. Ya got nothin' ta be ashamed of."He smiles

"If I'm understanding you right then I'm not surprised they're harmonic. Most of his body has been cyberized. The only parts you can see are his arms, spine, and tail. Most of his internal organs were replaced. If they didn't work in perfect harmony like his original parts did I don't think they'd work properly."

Viktor looks more confused, "Little pony say arms make music?" Viktor holds his arm up to his ear. "Viktor not hear."
