((Alot.

The way World War Z is setup characters usually leave before they get old. It's set after the major conflict and survivors are telling the stories of what they experienced.

Now zeds were always slow moving the real threat was their numbers( they got that right.) and the fact they could be anywhere. A zombie can survive completely submerged in water. A decapitated zombie's head can be hidden in tall grass.

Now they're fast moving Romero remakes.

Of course there was always the threat of other survivors as well.))

((From what I can tell yeah.

But I'm not sure what else I expected when I heard Brad Pitt was going to be the main character. There was no Main character. The story was told through a reporter or journalist's (I can't remember which.) perspective, but he was't so much a character as he was a spot for the reader to sit.))

Only it looks like it's going to suck.

Also, I don't normally mind poor CGI, it can actually be pretty nice every now and them, but the waves of zombies just look too damn fake.))

((My favorite parts were the Russian girl (I can't remember her name, but she could give Shayle a run for her money.) and Met's fan. Also I loved all the K corps stuff.))
