"We were just discussing methods of disposing of monsters from other planes of existance. The good doctor postulated that they taste like radhog. I hypothesized that they taste like cake."

Harley crawls out and takes a seat"Hmmm? You know, I've always wonder that myself, personally I like to think they taste like cotton candy."

[Tytan]

"Perhaps that's why they're so hideously disgusting to look at! Because if they didn't we'd all discover that they taste like the greatest food of all time. Dare I say, cotton candy cake?"

Azure starts to laugh

Harley chuckles"I think you might be on to something, ya know, I could get you some cake if you'd like."

[Tytan]

"Hehehe. Sure, I haven't eaten in a while... It feels good to make someone laugh. I guess that's why Pin was always making jokes."

[Guest]

Harley snaps and three pieces appear"I can agree with that. Laughing can help with quite a few things even if it is only for a couple seconds."

Azure grabs a piece"Thanks, Harley."

"Not a problem, dear."She smiles and offers a piece to Major.

"Thank you." He takes a bite, relishing the wonderful sweetness of the icing. He swallows so he can talk some more. "My dads friend, Pin Point, loves telling jokes. She also loves giving people an ass whoopin'. Sometimes at the same time. Her favorite story was the one about how she lost part of her ear. I know that sounds horrible, but would you like to hear it anyways?"

"Eh, I'm not really one for violence, I've seen enough of it for a couple life times, I think I'll just leave you be."She smirks"Besides, I think my snuggle bunny needs me."She snaps and reappears back at her spot.

Azure looks at Harley"Ya know, I don't think I'm gonna ask."She turns back to Major"Sure I wouldn't mind hearin' it."

Major smiled, "Pin used to be a guard in our Stable. Her job was to keep the peace. Every now and then she'd have to break up a bar fight. During a particularly rowdy fight she lost her helmet and someone bit her ear. She kept right on fighting until everyone was beaten into submission. She lined everyone up against the wall and 'asked' them who'd bitten her. She came up to some stallion who was very drunk. He spit out a mouth full of blood right on her uniform, told her that he liked a mare in uniform, and gave her a pinch. She lifted him bodily and put him through a table. Just before he went unconscious she yelled, 'How do you like me now!'."

Azure chuckles"Sounds like one helluva a mare."

[Tytan]

"I bet you'd like Impact. You two strike me as being... kindred spirits."

Azure raises an eyebrow"How so?"

[Tytan]

"She loved discovering. She also loved inventing. When she was young she wanted to work for maintenance. The problem was that she was rather small for her age and she had a heart condition. She couldn't lift her own tool belt and if she didn't have her internal defibrillator her heart would stop if it beat to fast. Needless to say she was sad that she wouldn't be able to work for them.

So she came up with a new plan. She stole an 'Elderly movement assister' from the clinic and repurposed it. When she was done with it she could darn near lift I beams."

"Huh, I guess I can see it. When ya think about like that."

[Tytan]

"The place where you two differ is that she loves machines. And you love your patients... when I mentioned slavers you moved closer to them."

"Yeah, it's a reflex I've been doing this since I was, maybe thirteen. And in that time I've had a lot of patients that have been or known victims of slavers and what they do to wounded."She looks at Alex and Buckler"And one of those stories my dad told me, it was about their mother.*She turns to Major*I'm sure ya can figure out what happened to her."

"I've been listening to stories my whole life. I'm surprised my cutie mark isn't an open book. Once you've heard enough stories you start to see the similarities."

"Yeah, out of all the history books I've read, stories I've heard from my folks and patients. They start to sound the same."She sighs then finishes her cake"Hey, Major, ya mind keepin' an eye on them. I really need to take a break. Just if anythin' happens. Anythin' at all, just wake me up."
She lays down near the wounded and falls asleep.

((I hate to drop, but I'm dead tired. See ya tomorrow.))

"Sure." Major takes another bite of cake and thinks about the past, looking for hints for the future.

((I can stay up for a while. I've been testing my new 'invention'. I bought two meters of plastic tubing and I've been using it as a straw. Current drink: 2 liters of root beer.))

((Lol...hm...if you have portable fridge or just bucket with ice, you could leave beer there and drink directly from there and no, unless you want to, you don't have to stay up, better get some rest..(tells you the guy, who forces himself not to sleep till 5-6 am xD)
