Great chapter.
Don't have a great deal to say about it, but here's what I do have.

- I'm glad that Spur retaliated. Really glad. I was the motherfucker that called it, so it's good to see I'm right again about this stuff. I wholly expect one of the scorpions to come out with a missile launcher and take the gunship down.
Shayle was an idiot again, but not out of character in doing so. Makes me wonder if she has aspergers with her inability to tell other peoples emotions but that's much more easily noted down to the fact she never had much experience socialising.
Apart from that...
Good to see that flashback, was interesting.
The watching Shayle eat thing was funny and I'd forgotten that they'd not bought any food in all that time.
I'm wondering if Shayle is going to take up the offer for the guard position now purely for the fact they need caps. I expect she'd still go and live in the shack though, rather than in Seer's old home.
I'm worried for Charmer and Tinker now, after the Spur attack.
So yeah, good chapter. You worry way too much.

Still absolutely amazing.
Also, I've finished brushing back through the prologue and ch.1. Not many changes, just a few little fixes to word choice that irritated me and finding things that I'd like to touch on more throughout the story (which I originally intended to do, but forgot
)
So yeah, I'm moving through every chapter in order and making fixes and such, should be done...eventually. I'll post here if any big changes or fixes are made aside from grammar/vocab stuff.

Hydra is a very powerful healing drug, and if going by PH canon as it isn't mentioned in FO:E, that will suppress healing processes after use, with possibly lethal consequences. It can also regrow limbs and is addictive.
And that's it. Nothing else. If it causes mutations, they'd probably be permanent.
