Easy, it's not the tools you use, no matter how much people like to act like it is, it's the quality. You could just take dust and smear it across a wall and some people could make amazing pieces of art using just different types of dirt and dust. You could give someone adobe cs6, a $10,000 computer and a $10,000 camera and they could come up with someone terrible.

And they'd probably crap themselves in joy if someone introduced them to a tablet and sai. I didn't say it wasn't possible to do or anything like that. It's just more efficient easier even with certain tools.
