This is hardly a fair fight. I mean seriously, what were they thinking? Two wasteland legends with the skills and achievements normally only associated with entire armies against a naive kindergartener in an environmental suit, She'd totally annihilate Pip and BJ.

Though on that basis I'd say that the current upgraded form of cyber bJ is 2.1, and Ch. 34 BJ is 2.0 - arguable though, given how extensive the modifications to her cyber-parts are.

Oh and Puppysmiles never lost her space railgun control gun. After she blew up that base, scribe Scold take it from her (CH13 of Pink Eyes - i think). And since i have yet to finish that story i am not sure if that control thing is returned to her or not.

And anyway, after two centuries of not being used and having been made by that Solaris company or whatever it's called, the guns self-destroyed when she used them on that base.

Oh come on - "Solaris inc. - Try the alternative" ... why could not at least one of those satellites survive? Have some faith in Solaris inc. ... After all, that Sol OS (or how is it called) is still alive.

Well, one or two of the satellites from the array may have survived, but given how all the others acted, they probably have only one, two or three shots left at best before completely crapping themselves.

Though that's been a year since I read Pink Eyes so my memory may be troubled on the specifics of that scene.

I think you are right, but even one shot from those satellites can be quite destructive. But if you have already read it and those satellites are not mentioned there again then it is safe to say that they are insignificant after their last use.
I must finish Pink Eyes asap :D

First off, there's also the little fact that puncturing Puppy's suit releases a dense cloud of the toxic Pink Gas, and she's got a super-powered evil side that tore through just about anything and everything that opposed it.

Also, that AJ's Ranger Head Scribe traded Puppy a doll for that Targeting laser and was planning on using it against the raider army, but the ghost herd or whatever they were called beat him too it.

... Wow, over a year since I've read "Pink Eyes" and I can still recall those details, that's how you know it was a good story.
