You laugh but ten chapters from now when Blackjack is riding the missile down like Slim Pickens in Doctor Strangelove, then who's crazy Moon theories will be laughed at?

Moonbase missile might be the most logical speculation of PH I've heard yet. Instead of a balefire payload, just stick it full of space rock.

Welp there goes half the planet. It sucked anyway.

Is there any way to find out when Goldenblood 'learned of' Whisper's fate? Is there some way to discover which memories of him take place after?

oh yeah, well I'm agnostic, so prove i have a soul...

I am totally going to hell when i die, or purgatory whereever it is that the people like me who grew up with a christian background but has put the church to the wayside because of the hypocracy that hindsight has pulled. while I have my own angles, I am likely not mainstream, hell I've already denyd twice, so shall i be denied, so i suppose there is no going back isn't there...?

might as well kill someone and simply say I did it because I am going to hell anyway and being taken care of by the state for the rest of my miserable existence is a really good way to just piss in the eye of the system since they won't bother with psychological evaluation.

Where is my mind going? Placces, I am deranged,

No, uh... I've been doing well on my written projects. Got a big one that's been a lot of fun to write so far. It's MLP, but not FOE, so I don't think anyone will be especially interested in it 'till it's done, at least.

The thing I hit a bit of a wall on was the magic cards. It's getting way more difficult to turn usernames into creatures, as it were. Still fun, though, if a pretty big waste of time :P

its both swicked, the last paragraph was redacted buitit was a vent, the other parts were, vent frustration wind up stress... I don't trust many enough to just dump too much on them here thiere is a level of anon to everything so seriously people can more easily shurg it off, and the lack of face to face makes it easier to put to word the disruption i feel... and if anyone here calls the police on me and i end up stuck in a mental institution against my will I will be most put out...

i've been isolated from my friends so i feel it would alienate my relationship if i just dump shit on them, not like I have too many to begin with,

Pro tip: anyone who tells you that you're going to hell because you're not part of their religion probably doesn't know as much about their religion as, say, the average second-grader.

And on the rare occasions that a religion actually says that, they're typically the ones you don't want to be associated with anyway. To the point where even if they were right, I'd rather be damned than spend eternity with them.

Oh, and don't kill somebody. Extortion or other major forms of robbery do less harm, are a lot more fun if you don't get caught, and if you really want to end up in prison it's more likely to get you a good prosecution team and a long sentence.

funny thing, an identy isn't it, one comes into it in their life, I am easygoing, just hit a snag the more tightening portion of me, that bit of restraint the one which is not exactly a carefully cultivated mask, but is more like a set of socially approved behaviors whcih have been marked as appropriate to carry about in places. I have times of pure unrestraint where i let go, but i have no idea if I can do that more often. Iam even lost in and out of touch with my relaxation interests.

actually i don't have it in me to take another's life, to look them in the eye and murder them in cold blood, or even in an act of fighting, odds are I would come out on the losing end anyway, I despise harm in myself or upon others, I'm far too much of a quivering mass to actually do much in a dangerous place. everyone dreams of doing big things, most are delusions of grandeur, I could tell and demonstrate 12 different ways of disarming and restraining or crippling a person in hand to hand, but I would likely never do it...I actually don't have that spark of desire to cause thatkind of harm upon a person.

I know the feeling, and swicked is right: the best way to stop your mind getting stuck in a rut or a loop is to make a change to routine, such as going on vacation (or even just taking a break for a walk, yup). It's just like with breaking a habit, or an addiction - removing the triggers can help stop the thoughts from coming in the first place. I wish you well, Admiral, and hope that you feel better soon.

I don't even know how long it's gonna be. I seem to be pretty terrible at writing straight out, so it's going to be a poem. A really long one. 16... 20 pages of poetry, at least. Then a lot of prose to pull it together tighter.
It's a LOT of fun to write, though. I freaking love this stuff XD

In any case, the final product will still probably be shorter than a chapter of most fics you could be reading, so if you can handle the poetry it shouldn't take too long.
20 pages is short? O_o

I'll try to get through it, but I normally can't get too far into poetry.

Well, by Somber standards.

Anyway, you ever read my "Duel with the Dealer"? It's a good example of my writing style. Layered and riddled with symbolism, even though the basic story isn't mine XD
I have not, I was never on the EQD threads, so if that's the only place you've posted it I have yet to see it.

So yes, I'm immense.

You sound like my boss then.
He's about your height and... I'm not sure on weight, I think a little less then that. anyway, you sound cuddly. I could totally go for that - especially right now after having spent the last six hours straight working on my story - I only added 3,000 words which for that time span sucks
Heh, one of the only advantages of being super fat, I am cuddly, extremely cuddly.
*super-cuddle-hugs Kipper*
Sounds like really great progress to me, best I've ever gotten was taking a full day to write up around 2100, usually it took me around a week to finish a 1200-2000 word segment. Just keep trying your best, Kipper, and get some rest when you can.

Trust me, when you can knock out 7,000 words in 4 hours, 3,000 in 6 seems crap, even if it is because I was mostly brushing up everything before I even continued to go from where I left off (and brushing that up once I'd finished it).

It makes me feel lazy to have so little done in so long.

I think what I'll most likely do is keep posting links here, then post direct images in a few commandeered posts in the "PH fan art thread" where I keep a static archive of the pictures. Or something. I'll figure it out when it isn't 4:32 in the morning,.

Speaking of that, Katarn made this out of Swicked's "Legend of Blackjack." poem.
I was hoping anonemous would sing it.

This I like. It sounds like it is sung by one of Blackjack's enemies, or someone far away who has only heard legends. Yet none of it is technically false.
