Moody had a fitful night sleep. Nightmares of finding his parents dead in a destroyed home and of ponies lost during his time with the caravans. he wakes up nearly in tears after the memory of a foal killed by a stray bullet during an attack and looks around. The fact he was able to dream like that and wake up in safety with others nearby brought him some comfort.
As he sat there, he thought about the contract they've found themselves trapped in. He wasn't bothered about it before, but over the course of the past few days something wasn't sitting right with him. He even forgot about how the skies where now clear and how beautiful they are as he kept thinking, his eye twitching more and more.
