Everyone, including myself knows to get better at drawing requires practice. Any ideas on what or how to practice? Trying to get shading and highlights down for recoloring Alouette. So far I'm putting my photoshop of her on hold until I relearn basics.

From what I've seen of artists on Tumblr and the like the best way to reacquaint yourself with art is to draw something every day. Doesn't really matter what (some artists like to be hard on themselves and try drawing things they aren't comfortable drawing like hands and feet), but it's a good place to start.

One tip I got was to never use the eraser when practicing. That way I can see mistakes and how to avoid them in the future. Still it's hard to do that, much like listening to your own singing and trying not to cringe and hide under blanket.

Frustrated trying to figure out Meadow's Ford. Kinda tired of playing video games for the most part, probably burned out. Instead learning to draw. Haven't seen you on TS for a while. How are ya?

All I've been able to come up with is "Have a lilly happy birthday, mums!"

Other than that, been busy. Writing a bunch of things, all very slowly, per the normal. The most recent being a poetry battle between Celestia and Luna, because why not.

School is getting more difficult to keep up with, along with work and family. And xcom.

I was just playing scott pilgrim vs the world (Pretty good brawler. Love the theme for the final stage.) and dear god why is there platforming?

It was in the twins' stage. You can jump past them if you dash, but I got smacked into the spikes and teleported on one of the platforms in front of this flame spewing dragon sculpture thing.

Yeah, I remember that point. The final level is arguable worst.
I don't think I ever finished the game with Kim or Steven though. or Knives....

Knives is easy. Her second tech ability is spamming giant exploding knives. Also her mom is her striker. More useful most of the knives ones were except for Negascott's.

Have you played wallace?

Also yea. Threading the needle with the turrets was amazing...
