Okay guys, after yesterday I've decided to take a bit of a break from running the steam group. I stressed too much over everything yesterday and with my class switching over from writing to filming and editing forbthe final month of class, I don't need it.
Between string, Rum and Derp somebody can lead the charge for games for the next month. I'll still join in if invited but I ain't gonna worry if we play anything or not for a while.

Nothing much happened today. People showed up, some played Minecraft. Derp and I tried our hand at Alien Swarm starting on hard mode. Greatest idea ever /sarcasm.  It's an odd game, to say.

Kay, good. Even if they didn't ask for your username and password to "get you your games", they would have you download them when you'd "earned" them, and even if they provided actual hacked games for you to use, they would contain spyware and malware to strip your computer of cookies, saved passwords... anything they could use, and that would be that.
...not to lecture, but seriously.

Apparently when you 'unlock' a game it just forwards you to an ad-filled site. So could be worse, plus I'm using a mac
