Starting the event and setting up a Versus lobby. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting I'm starting the game. If we get enough we'll play Versus, if not then regular campaign.

Okay.. okay... *deep breath* I like to thank Aonee, Downloaded Skill, and Derpmind for their patience as I was suffering from horrible lag. Lag so god damn horrible I got us all killed or at least made me useless and made our death quicker.

Thank you Adder for taking up my spot in the game that, as of this post, is still going on.

If the timing had been right I could have pulled in two of my friends not on this site and we could have done Versus but my lagged killed any Versus game after the campaign.

I'm sure they're having fun, I would like an update of the final results, and tomorrow is Minecraft Night in junction of the sites Minecraft Server. It runs on Feed the Beast. Go here for information.

Wait till we play on normal or hard in an urban fight like No Mercy or Dead Center.
Or even better the free to download mod campaigns like Dead Abroad 2, One 4 Nine or Heaven Can Wait II. Being able to react quickly and hit multiple targets can result in massive kill numbers. Not so in "realism" where your never sure if the bastards are going to stay down. You put nine in center mass and watch it keep coming only for the next one to go down in two, so you go for headshots only to see it not counted twice (I've shot soo many ears off due to lag)

Maybe next time we do L4D2, could we turn realism mode off please? Maybe we could try a mutation instead.

I will accept and admit that Realism mode is fun in that it adds to the challenge and all, but honestly if I wanted to use a quarter of a clip of an AK to kill a zombie, I'd play Advance or Expert and intentionally miss half the shots.

On that note, on the off chance we actually do manage to get a game of Versus going, it is NOT going to be Realism Versus unless there's a majority vote. "I don't care/it doesn't matter" will be counted as votes against going Realism Versus.

But yeah, Mutations would be fun. Even the more challenging ones in which you're expected to die a lot I wouldn't mind.
Personally my favorite Mutation is Gibfest. M60 with unlimited ammo oh how I love you.

In any case, tonight was the best TF2 Night we have had ever.

Thank you Guard, Scyto, Derpmind, Downloaded, CptAdder, Ketchup, tylertoon, Magma, Chocobunny, Rarity's Majesty (who's name on the site I can't remember at the moment, and really any and everybody who came out.

I know I sent an invite to Iron, as well as a bunch of other people. I will say sorry to any and everybody who tried to join in and couldn't. Once we found a good Alltalk server we filled up fast.

I had a ton of fun tonight and I'm looking forward to doing this again next week.

And another week comes to a close. This weekend is unofficially "Killing Floor" since it's free till the 11th and super cheap as well. Anybody who wants to play a few games as a group let me know, or get some of the others together, and game on.

Other then that, Killing Floor Monday is the next official event. We are going to be trying out the new modes on the new map. Oh, and I hope ya'll are ready for the Carnival Sideshow of Fear MWAHAHAHAHAHA!

It seems like most people don't like Medieval mode, but I enjoy it. Great change of pace.

That was the first time I ever used my axe really, since I normally just run around and burn things, so I liked it a lot.

I should have tried some different classes as well. Over all Medieval mode is full of Bowmen and Demoknights.

*Clock* Whoops. So anyways, that was totally awesome everyone. Especially early on when everyone was lining up for my arrows. XD (I don't know why, but the less people on a server the more hits I land with the Huntsman. But that's what annoyance scout and spy are for.)

So any thoughts on maybe trying a server with arena mode maps? We might be able to keep it a little more exclusive to us that way.
