Got an A on mah Ulysses midterm, shoo be doo, *dances* holy crap what happened to the asterisk sign it looks different.

Ahem. Anyway, yeah, inordinately pleased with myself on that account. On the other hand, one of my friends is taking a semester off to get some stuff fixed, and while I'm glad that he's getting it treated and hope he'll be happier when he comes back, I'm gonna miss him. Hugged him g'bye an hour or so ago, which was nice because we don't hug much... Anyway, we fried up some pizza for our last night, he found some booze outside in a box (it was unopened and... outside, apparently?), and we watched some Avatar and Gravity Falls and stuff. Dunno who I'm going to talk to now. Like, I can talk to other people, but I can't just be myself around them. It's not even an emotional outpouring thing, he probably knows less about my brain than you lot, just a really nice friendship that's going on hold for a few months (or maybe more, I don't know) and I'm gonna miss him. Hasn't really sunk in yet.

Christ, for a guy who still kinda wants to live alone on a mountain in rural Vermont, I do seem to get attached to people. Not sure that's a good thing, considering that I'm, well, me. Ugh. Resilience is hard when it actually matters.

On a random side note: Played some vampire the masqeurade. That hotel: All the nope.
So far like it. A bit "eh" at some bland backgrounds though, rather one sided stereotype. But rest is really neat.

Posting this here just cause I can, tonight is Killing Floor night for the Steam group. It is also probably the only time to try to do the Halloween event as a group provided we don't join the server from last week.

If anybody who has Killing Floor and wants to mess around on the event maps during the Halloween event, it ends on the 7th so not a whole lot of time.

I have not seen this preview (though I guess I could skim it when I get home), so how-so?
It's probably low budget so there wouldn't be any models, but I find it hard to imagine whoever they are using would be altogether off putting. Are they just not your type?

Specifically Rainbow Dash and Rarity don't have faces that don't agree with me. (That sounds pretty mean, I know, but it's pornstars so I don't feel bad judging them based on looks)
