Actually, he's a crew chief on a helicopter so he wears that helmet on missions and he serves as a gunner, so those are technically his guns too.

I'm doing both of those during this trip. Also, it makes it easier to bear when my dog is soooooooo happy when we camp.

The last two times I went camping we just sat around burning things and listening to audio books(Starship Troopers and Robopocalypse), with the occasional hike. Very relaxing.

...And who doesn't like building huge fires?

Speaking of nature, we've had thunderstorms happening since yesterday and we lost power at home while I was at the movie theatre seeing Star Trek Into Darkness again. When I stepped out of our van when we got home, my glasses fogged up from the humidity.
I love thunderstorms.

Let's see here... what does camping and hunting involve? Hours of spending time outdoors, interacting with nature, and manipulating it to better suit yourself.

What do I do while farming? Outside for hours at a time, interacting with nature and manipulating it to better suit my needs.

Seeing how I work all the god damn time on the farm but I can at least sleep in a bed at night, fuck hunting and camping.

I think hunting is more relaxing then what you do moody. My experience with it was sitting still in a tree for hours on end while slowly realizing that I wasn't dressed properly for it.

Hunting doesn't seem nearly as strenuous.
