"Lavender? Why does he name his daughters after colors?" She waved at the filly herself.

Lavender stops in front of the two and smiles.
"Hi uncle Whisper! Hi new aunt!"

Moodstone looks at Red.
"Off? Guess I'll have to see what you mean."
He makes his way over to the others.
"Lavender you know better then to run off like that. Even to Whisper or the others."

Lavender looks back at her brother.
"You was busy talking to Red and I knew you'd come along."
She looks down.
"But I'm sorry. I just wanted to see my new aunt."

Moodstone couldn't hold any stern look long.
"I know. Hey Whisper, glad to see that you're back from your trip. And it's nice to meet you miss?"

The tall mare smiled at the siblings extending her hoof to Moodstone. "Flea and you are?" She didn't correct the filly. She may have not seen her father as a brother but she didn't want to take lavender's excitement away from her. "Hi there Lavender. I didn't see you around when I was at the shop."

[Moodyman90]

Moodstone brings up his hoof to shake hers.
"Moodstone. It's nice to meet you.. Flea?"
Moodstone tries to not let on how odd he thought her name was.

Lavender seems to beam happiness as she jumps up onto Moodstone's back.
"I was out playing with my BBBFF. It's nice to meet you Aunt Flea. You have a weird name."

Moodstone facehooves.

[Aonee]

"From the sounds of it, I'll pass on that one." Aonee stands up from his work. "Alright, all done."

[Tytan]

"That's probably wise. I removed the previous owner. By force."

He snapped his forearms open and shut experimentally. Then he experimentally switched between hands and diamond saws as fast as he could manage a few times. Then he revved the chains as hard as he could, making a frighteningly loud grinding buzz.

"Much smoother."

[Guest]

"Yeah I do, don't I?" She replied with a smile that was hidden beneathe her hood. "I used to play with my BBBFF a lot too."

[Guest]

Whisper nods"Yeah, used ta get in trouble a lot as well."

[Guest]

"That's because mom used to keep her eyes on us." She chuckled as she reminisced. "There used to be a pretty big size difference. Always worried we'd get too excited and one of us would get hurt."

Whisper sighs sadly remembering that"Yeah. She always was."

[Moodyman90]

 "Bet dad was happy to meet you. I think he see's half the ponies in town as family."

Lavender just giggles as they talk.

"Looked like it." She agreed. "Maybe one day I'll see him that way." she looked over at Lavender and felt her smile grow even wider. "You're just a ball of joy aren't you?"

[Moodyman90]

 Lavender continues to smile.
"Sure am! I gotta be cause it helps mom and dad feel better when Moodstone is away."

Moodstone looks guiltily off to the side.
"I uh, tend to find work in Manehattan that keeps me away a few weeks at a time. My special somepony is over there as well."

[Guest]

Flea's smile turned into a small frown. She empathized with him. "As long as you come ba-"

Red butted in and spoke for the first time since they had approached Flea. "And send word back so we at least know you're okay."

Flea felt guilt of her own well up at the mare's words. "That's a good idea." she amended"

[Aonee]

"Good." Aonee nodded, satisfied with the quality of his repairs. He then took his payment out of the bag of caps, which was quite a bit lighter when he handed it back to Viktor. "That should be enough to cover the costs."

[Moodyman90]

((I was expecting guard to say something. ))


Lavender gives her brother a hug.
"You did promise to do that this time big brother."

"I know, and I plan on doing that from now on."

[Guest]

((Shit, sorry Moody. I got distracted with a couple other things.))
Whisper looks at his sister, then at Moodstone and Lavender"Good, I'm gonna hold ya to that, Moodstone. Ain't fun havin' ta worry 'bout if someone's doin' okay while they're away."He says sadly.

[Moodyman90]

((It's cool man, it happens. To me more so then ya'll lately.))

Moodstone thinks back to the time he went on one of his dad's trips along with Whisper. To the time they were attacked right outside Manehatten. Then he looks from Whisper to Red and realizes the he did the same thing as Flea did to Whisper as he was doing to his family.

"I'll be sure to keep in touch from now on."

He looks back and gives Lavender a nuzzle.

"And to try to convince Alex to get out of her lab and come visit more."

[Guest]

Red joined her siblings in the hug and said in a threatening yet caring tone that only a big sister could manage. "That's right, you will."  

Flea shamefully hung her head.

[Guest]

((Damn.Can we pretend my post came before that one?))

((That's cool with me. And that's all my free time for now. Back to work so I'll be back later.))

The mare stepped out of the hug. "Don't forget Mood. I'll march down to that tower and drag you back if you do, I know you don't want me to embarrass you in front of your marefriend." She said it in sort of a joking tone but something about her body language told her brother that it was something she might do.

[Moodyman90]

 Moodstone seems to snap to attention and can't help himself from saying "Yes ma'am."

Lavender can't help but giggle.

[Guest]

"Heey," she looked over herself briefly. "I'm not old enough to be a ma'am."

[Moodyman90]

 "I know, just that for a brief moment, you kinda sounded like your mom."

Lavender looks between the two with a quizzical look.

[Guest]

Flea tilted her head. She didn't take Moody for the cheating type.

"No, mom was a lot better then me." She said with a shake of her head.

[Moodyman90]

 "Well she did have years of practice as a teacher. And as a military commander if dad was telling the truth in his stories."

Lavender sits down and starts rubbing her head with her hoof. She knew Red wasn't really her sister but couldn't remember a time she wasn't around them as a family.

"She did. Or I think she did. Mom didn't like sharing a lot of her stories." Red spotted her sister and pulled her into a hug. "Don't worry about it Lav. Mom was gone before your time." she gave her a sad look. "You would've been a perfect student for her though."
