"Oh sweetie..." she sighs and pulls her into a hug, "Everything's going to be alright."

Azure looks up her mom, somewhat confused."All right? Yeah, sure."She sighs"I don't see a way everyone is going to be happy and it just go back like nothin' happened I really don't."

"Just give it time. Remember what we told you when you were a hatchling? Wish for something hard enough, and the world will bend itself for you."

Azure shakes her head"If that's the case, there's folks out there that need that more then I do."She looks at Terra"Besides, if daddy's happier like this, then should we be happy? Ugh, why are people so complicated..."

"He'll come around sweetie, I promise I'm working on it. People don't just... stop loving eachother. Your father just needs more time to remember the flame that brought us together."

"I don't know if that's a good idea, mama. I mean, if he's happier this way then maybe... We should be happy then, I know it'll probably be hard at first, but if that's what makes him happy. Then I don't think it would be right to change that."She says sounding less nervous, but still has some concern in her voice.

"And what about our happiness!? Is that not important too?" She snaps back, beginning to look like she's going to cry.

"Yes, it is important, but I think I'd be happy if daddy was. I mean I know he still cares about us he always has and always will, that's all I need to know to be happy."She sighs"I'm sorry, but I don't think it would be right to stop him from being happy."She looks down"I'm sorry."

She sighs, gives Azure a quick nuzzle, and leaves without another word.

(( Not sure what Terra means by "our" is she referring to Herself Iffin and Crys? Still not sure why any of this is Crys's business.))

(( He and Harley are out... I think they were looking for Harley's mother, or something? And he doesn't hate them, he's just... inhospitable. ))

((Ah yes Harley, Always found it a bit strange a draconequus had the attention span for a relationship. But I guess it works.))

((Crys is Whisper's brother, and the team mom, she's like that. And yea, I don't see why a draconequus couldn't have a relationship, its about 50/50 whether Discord had one with Celestia, and the Twins aren't as bad as him...))

((I still don't think it should have affected her enough to disown him like she did I'm surprised that she's shown so little interest in trying to understand his side, but she's your character. So I'm assuming she quit her job?

Also on the draconequus thing, I just Think they would lose interest. Fortunately dating mortals would mean this isn't much of an issue. But dating Immortals I can't imagine a scenario in which they wouldn't break up.))

((Oh no, she didn't actually disown him. I backed down on that, besides a scene for that never really happened. Anyways, I'm going to bed, and tomorrow morning I leave to go out of the country, so I won't be here for about a week. Goodnight/buy.))

A few hours pass and Whisper slowly wakes up"Ugh..."he gets off the cot, floats over a flask and is about to take a drink when a pain runs up side"...Right. Painkillers."He sighs, puts down the flask, then notices the note Terra wrote and starts reading, after reading the note he walks into the clinic and see's Azure."S-sweetheart, I need yer help."

Azure raise her eyebrow"What's up, Daddy?"

"I got a note from yer mother.... She wants me ta move back in fer Sera's sake. Says we'd sleep in separate rooms."

She sighs"Oh... I see. Well, what do ya wanna do?"

"I want what's best fer Sera. I just... I don't know, it might be a good idea but, I don't know."

"Do you really think it'll be a good idea, daddy?"She asks seriously"I know it sounds like a good idea, but think about it, really think about it."She sighs"How do ya think you and mama will get along?"

"I'd hope just fine, but it'll be awkward."

"Okay, that's a way to put it. You know that she's also probably going to be trying to get y'all back together, right?"

He nods"Yeah, I figured as much, that'll make things worse won't it?"

"Well, do ya plan on gettin back with mama?"

"No."He says as he looks at Azure"Sorry, probably didn't want ta hear that."

She sighs"It's... Fine. If ya aren't happy, that can't healthy for either of you. So it might be for the best."

"Yeah, that's what I was thinkin'."

"I know."She looks at her father"Now, if y'all did argue 'bout that after a while, do ya think that would be good for, Sera?"

"N-no, probably not."He looks down"But at least she'd see me. I could be there..."

"You'd be unhappy, irritable, and stressed out. She can pick up on that and that's not good for her."

"I suppose."

Azure walks over to her dad"Even if ya aren't livin' there, ya'd see her everyday as is, it's not like yer different town and ya'd be happier which in turn would make her happy."

Whisper gives Azure a hug"Thanks, fer helpin' sweetie."

She returns the hug"No problem, daddy. Even you need help sometimes."

"Yeah."He chuckles then looks at her confused"Say, mind if I ask why you're okay with this? I mean, it's fine that ya are, I'm just confused."

She thinks for a bit, then takes a breath"Because, ya've always wanted me to do what made me happy and were always there to help me when I needed it and I know that'll always be true. So, I figure it wouldn't be right if I didn't want the same for you, daddy."

He smiles"Thank ya, sweetie. I love ya, sweetie."

"Love ya too, daddy."

He gives her a quick nuzzle, then heads out of the clinic.

Red walked down a path with what appeared to be a home made leash hanging from her mouth. The leash connected to another home made piece hanging from her half mechanical companion's neck.
