Any argument regarding yield and proximity to blast sites of balefire weapons would be a fruitless endeavor, and the effect of a warhead hitting something would direct more force into the target than a shockwave from a powerful explosion at considerable distance.
Aside from that, it's quite irrelevant.

You must not know a whole lot about the ridiculous amounts of force exerted by WMDs.

I can't say I do, but as I said, speculating the yields of balefire weapons would be pointless. Aside from that, the structure would be weakened by said balefire weapons, and that force was spread across the surface of the structure in a relatively short period of time. Extended bombardment could have different effect.
Anyway, rocket launcher is disabled.
