Charcoal took the meat and placed it in a pocket of his bags. He then wiped off the bayonet and trotted back over to Mirabelle and Dinner Bell. "Well, I found breakfast," he said with a smile.

Charcoal trotted across the street to a building and makes a small cooking fire inside one of the empty rooms with some scrap. he then pulled out his cooking supplies and sliced one of the pieces of radhog meat into long thing strips. "I hope you like bacon still Miri," he said with a smile as he started to cook.

Satisfied that the bacon was done cooking, Charcoal pulled the bot off of the fire. "Here we go. Dig in Miri," he said, taking a piece of the bacon and popping it into his mouth.

Mira looked over to Charcoal smiled. "Sure." She pulled the baby from her bag and carefully passed her over to the stallion.

Charcoal held the small filly carefully in his hooves, and rocked her gently back and forth. "Hey there Dinner bell. I'm Charcoal," he said softly, a smile on his face.

Searchlight continued to sleep until he smelled something. Whatever the smell was, it was good and it woke him up. He got up off the ground and began to sniff the air to determine where the smell was coming from. Eventually he then found the room in which Charcoal and Mirabelle were having breakfast.
"Morning, you tw-" He stopped as he noticed Charcoal holding a baby. He remained quiet for sometime before finally saying something. "Okay, how long was I sleeping for?"

"T-thanks," Charcoal said, blushing slightly. "She's the cutest foal I've ever seen Miri," he said with a smile as he rubbed her tummy with his right hoof.

"Oh. Hey Searchlight. We just got back a little while ago," he said, never taking his attention away from the foal.

Charcoal let her grab his hoof, smiling all the while. He continued to gently rock her back and forth as he held her.
