Searchlight laid down on the ground and tried to get some sleep. It wasn't the most comfortable place he had slept, but there were worse.

Scorch screeched loudly as he circled.

[perception 6+1 (6+2)]"Shit, that's the signal," Charcoal said, crawling to the edge of the roof and readying his rifle. He scanned the streets, looking for the contacts Scorch had called out.

The two Raiders trot casually in front of the shopping center, not seeming to be worried about possibly getting attacked.

"Don't kill both of them," Mira told Charcoal quietly. "We'll need one of them to tell us where Candyland is right now."

[Combat (20+2+2+2)]"Got it," Charcoal said, sighting in on the raider that was further away. He slid back the action, readying a round and took a deep breath. Charcoal let out the breath slowly then gently squeezed the trigger.

With a resounding crack, the raider's head exploded, its body taking a full second to fall to the ground.

"What the fuck?" the surviving raider shouted and pulled out a rifle, looking around frantically.

"Nice shot, Char."

"Thanks," Charcoal said quietly, swinging his rifle over his shoulder. "Now lets go get that fucker."

[CamoBadger]

"Sounds like a plan," Mira replied with a nod and jumped off the roof to gallop across the street.
[AGL 4+3=7] The mare charged to the shopping center and screamed as she headbutted the Raider to disarm him. "Suck it, newbie!"

[Strength 8 (7+3)]Charcoal charged after Mirabelle and tackled the raider, holding him in a sleeper hold.

[STR 2] "Let go of me!" the raider yelled and thrashed in Charcoal's grip, but couldn't escape.

"Quiet down, you wouldn't want to bother the bloodwings would you?" Mira asked the Raider with a sly smile. "Now, tell us where Candyland is and we'll let you go."

"Fuck you! How would you even know about it?" the Raider asked and spat at Mira.

[Charisma 6 (8+1)]Charcoal hit the raider upside the head. "Hey fuck face, why don't you answer the lady's question before she gelds you with your friend's horn," Charcoal threatened.

The Raider's face stretched into a look of horror, and he quickly broke at the sight of Mira already looking over at the dead Raider's horn.
"Okay, okay! It's just a few miles away. We stopped in an old warehouse for the week," he quickly spilled. "Please just don't let her do that!?"

Mira looked over to Charcoal. "I know the place, they've stopped there before."

[Strength 8 (4+3) Luck 7 (4+2) (9+2)]"Thank you for your cooperation," Charcoal growled. In a swift move he snapped the raider's neck and dropped him. he then checked the bodies for anything of value.

Charcoal finds:
- 2 Varmint Rifles
- 45 caps

"Get whatever you need and let's get going. It won't take long for the Bloodwings to show up after that gunshot," Mira quickly said.

"Yeah, I know Miri," Charcoal said, pocketing the caps. "Alright, lets get moving," he said with a smile.

"Alright, this way." Mirabelle started trotting down the street quickly.

Charcoal quickly followed the mare.

((TS - 45 minutes))
"I wish they hadn't chosen this place," Mira stated as they looked over the warehouse. "There are only 2 doors, and usually they're guarded pretty well. It'll be hard to get the Egg in without being noticed."

"I have that slaver armor I took from Cut throat. I could try using it as a disguise, and you could wear my metal barding," Charcoal suggested, quietly.

[CamoBadger]

"Yeah, we can try. But, um... do you mind doing the talking?" Mira asked. "I was around a long time, I don't know if they'll notice me."

[XT Vengeance]

"Of course Miri," he said, shedding his barding. He passed it over to the mare and set about putting on the slaver armor.

[CamoBadger]

Mira shrugged into the armor and shook to rattle the metal. "Damn you've gotten big," she commented as she continued to show off how loose the armor was.

[Ketchup]

Quiver awakes after a restful sleep. He takes a quick shower before making his way up to the DJ's studio and approaching the guard.
"Can I talk to the DJ?"

"Nah, you just haven't been fed well. I'll see to it that you are from now on though. I can't let my best friend starve," he said, shifting on his hooves to help adjust to the weight of his new armor. "I'm ready whenever you are Miri."

[CamoBadger]

"Head on in, he just got off the air," the guard replied.


"Lead the way, I'm ready."

[Ketchup]

"Thank you."
He opened the door and walked in.

Charcoal casually walked up to one of the entrances, doing his best to walk like a raider.

DJ Pon3 trotted over to Quiver as he entered. "Good morning, what can I do for you?"

When Charcoal and Mirabelle reached the door, a large earth pony stepped in front of them. "Who the fuck are you and what do you want?" he asked roughly.

[Charisma 6 (8+1)]"What the fuck do you think I want? Let me the fuck inside before I snap you leg off and sodomize you with it," Charcoal growled.

[Ketchup]

"Well, I was looking for information. Specifically, anything important that you know about Arbu, Underworld, Southbuck, Brandybuck... and Candyland."
He pauses after listing the names of the locations marked on his map and the mobile raider group.
"And the location to those Stables would be nice, if you can provide them."

[CamoBadger]

The raider scowled but stepped aside. "Don't start any trouble," he growled.

Mira quickly trotted through the door when they were allowed in, whispering to Charcoal on the way in.

whisper to charcoal:

"Sure. Arbu's a little colony on the east side of the city. They farm Radigator out there to sell to caravans. Underworld is what used to be the city train tunnels, and from what I know it's a big ghoul city. Southbuck and Brandybuck are little settlements just outside the south end of the city, and they've been in a bloody feud for the past 10 years. I wouldn't recommend getting stuck in the middle of that.
As for Candyland, it's a raider group that moves around a lot. I couldn't tell you where they are now. Not much special about them as far as Raiders go though."
