Cherry doesn't find anything in the shack, because the bags are in a room, not a shack.

She placed it gently in his beak before forcing it down his throat with a hoof, setting off her last Roach Bomb and filling his body with the nerve gas. The mare smiled and climbed off the griffin before merrily trotting back outside.
