Agility roll, it has to be greater then five.

For most enemies you roll AGL and have to beat 5. For Killing Joke you'll need to get at least 7 to dodge though.

I can't quite remember but I think you also said rockets could be dodged. Thrown explosives are probably dodgable as well.

Unfortunately Tumble's clone was not hit with any of the vines. So I guess it's up to a survival roll whether or not he recognizes them.
