Charcoal sat back down. He put his head down on the table.

"Kaw, kaw, kae, kaw, kaw," Scorch chuckled.

Clock laid her head on the table sideways so she was looking at Charcoal.

"No kiddin'."He chuckles"But maybe if we get ya some power armor ya could blend in."

[Ironmonger]

"Power armor, eh? The Iron giant...pun intended."

[Guest]

"Heh, yeah, ya could say that. But ah don't know where yer gonna get any, Rangers don't like ta share and even if ya could fit, The Enclave sure as hell won't share with a 'dirtsider' as they like ta call us."

[Orm]

Charcoal struggled for words for a moment. "Clock...why..."

[Tytan]

Clock draped herself over Charcoal and gave him a gentle hug.

whisper to charcoal:

"Probably have to loot it. I wouldn't want Enclave power armor anyway, I've seen a few suits up close, they look flimsy. If I ever acquire some steel ranger armor, I'm painting it black."

[Orm]

"You...you do? Bu...but why?"

"Ah don't know, Blossom says the stuff is good and ah wouldn't mind seein' her in a set of that...Or better yet a flight suit..."

Painkiller staggers up a bit to the table with Quiver and Searchlight, he promptly trips a bit on Charcoal's chair. "Didn't see you there... " he mutters before realizing who he just spoke to. "Oh it's you."

[Orm]

"I...we have a lot to talk about don't we?" Charcoal said to Clock. He turned to Quiver and Searchlight. "I...I guess I have some things to say to you two as well. I...I shouldn't keep these secrets from my friends."

[Ironmonger]

He barely contains a laugh, the strain evident on his face. "I'm not even going to say anything to that. Though I will say a mare is more attractive if she looks like she can fight. That's just fact." he says with a chuckle. Pegasi were I come from never needed power armor. Heavy machine gun? Nope, strap it to a battle saddle and take to the air."

Shadow shakes his head to snap out of his daydream"Huh? Oh, ah uh said that out loud?*Shrugs*Oh well."

He listens to Cast"So, that mean folks are all as big ya are were ya come from?"

Quiver looks on concerned and attentive, but says nothing.

[Ironmonger]

"Nope. I'm just particularly large. Germane are typically larger than Equestrians, the average mare would be a little bigger than you are."

[Tytan]

Whisper to Charcoal:

"...Well, that'd certainly be somethin' ta get used ta."

[Orm]

"Just happy to see that you're feeling better, Char. But don't go doing something like again alright?" Searchlight rubs the back of his neck. "And sorry about saying those things earlier."

[Orm]

"No, don't apologize. You were right, Search," Charcoal said to his ghoul friend.

[Tytan]

Clock buried her eyes in Charcoals shoulder. She thought long and hard about what she was going to tell him.

With a squawk, Scorch led Crusher to the tavern, where he figured Charcoal would be drowning his sorrow. He noticed the group gathered and swooped up, landing on Charcoal's shoulder.

"Squawk Squawk squawk."

I guess I haven't really been a good friend to them either he said to the bird. "Crusher, Dr. Octo, for what its worth, I'm sorry I haven't spent more time with you guys. I know it isn't an excuse, but I...I have been having some minor issues."

[Orm]

"Minor issues?" He says incredulously.

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal's ears drooped at that. "Okay...I have some major issues right now...but that doesn't make it an excuse. Sorry."

[Aonee]

Crusher nods at Char, and makes a plaintive beep. It avoids Clock's gaze, though.

[XT Vengeance]

"I...should we go somewhere more private?" he asked the group. "I think we can use the kitchen here in the tavern."

[Ketchup]

"Perhaps that would be best."
Quiver trots to the door to the kitchen and sees nobody inside.
He nods back to the group, and walks in.

Charcoal gets up, and trots to the kitchen.

Searchlight follows the others into the kitchen.
