Clock said nothing. She flipped open the flap on her bag an pulled out a large potion and put it on the table in front of Charcoal.

"So, this Volga river ya said? It's kinda like the Everfree Forest then?"

[Aonee]

Crusher nods in agreement.

[Ironmonger]

"I'm not sure what that is. The Volga River is about two miles wide and unknown length, all we know is that it's in what used to be foreign territory before the war."

[Orm]

Searchlight lifts the potion with his magic and floats it to Charcoal's mouth.

[Guest]

"Oh, right, The Everfree is place that has weird unexplainable stuff happenin' all the time. Even before the war it was a like that. Just thought, since it was a weird creature, that the places were kinda similar ."

[Tytan]

Clock grabs the potion in her own magic and pushes it back onto the table. Once it touches the table she uses her hoof to slide it to Charcoal.

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal just sits there, staring blankly.

[Ironmonger]

"They probably are similar then. I don't know what registers as strange for Equestrians, but if that place is the kind of strange I think it is, then I won't be planning any hunting trips there." He grins. "Or I might, it's more fun when the Hunter gets hunted back."

[Tytan]

Clock blankly stared him down for a minute or two before she moved beside him at the table. She looked into his eyes.

Shadow nods"Yeah, ah know, ah've had a bounty or two on my head before."

[Ironmonger]

"Really now? Who'd you piss off?"

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal's mechanical eye looks completely normal. His other eye, however has a glazed over look, like he wasn't even there.

[Tytan]

Clock sees the dead look in his eye. Clocks eyes drift closed. She kisses him on the cheek.

"Who haven't ah pissed off, is the better question."He pauses"It was 'bout a year ago, maybe just 'bout a month or two 'fore ah met Blossom. Ah was...Angry, very angry and had trouble controlin' it. Some guy tried ta cheat me outta caps so ah beat'em half ta death. Got pissed off sent a couple hunters, killed'em then talked ta the guy. Problem solved."

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal stirred at the kiss. "I...uh...why...why am I in the tavern...Clock...why are here?"

[Tytan]

Clock didn't say anything. She nudged the potion a little closer to Charcoal.

[XT Vengeance]

"No, Clock. I...I'm fine," he lied.

[Tytan]

[Medicine 50 (38)] Clock gives him a doubting look and pokes one of his bruises.

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal grunts.

[Ironmonger]

"Brutal yet civilized, nicely done." he says sincerely. "Well, hey, if you get yourself into another mess, I have your back. No questions asked." he says with a friendly smile. "I don't think I've ever got anyone to put a bounty out on myself, and if they have then someone isn't doing their job right." he says jokingly.

[Tytan]

Clock nudges the bottle.

[Aonee]

Crusher beeps at Scorch again.

[Guest]

"Good ta know, might need that soon."

Shadow chuckles"The only folks ah can see goin' after ya are the Rangers, and that's just 'cause they got a hard on fer folks like yerself."

[XT Vengeance]

"Clock, I...you...you all should just forget about me," he aid, moving to get up.

"Squawk," Scorch crowed in agreement, taking off and flying low on the way back to the town.

[Aonee]

Crusher follows Scorch.
Dr. Octo looks from Crusher, to Scorch, then back to Crusher.
"I still have no idea what either of you said."

[Ironmonger]

He snorts a laugh. "Well I should tell them 'Thanks for the offer, but I don't swing that way.' Seriously though, I'm looking forward to and dreading meeting one of those so-called rangers."

[Guest]

Shadow shrugs"Ah don't know, some of the Rangers are mare's. From what ah've heard some ain't bad lookin'."

[Orm]

[Strength roll (9-1)]
Searchlight's horn glows and sits Charcoal back down. "Charcoal, we're not going through this again."

[Ironmonger]

"Maybe I should pay them a visit then." he says jokingly. "I'm kidding, calling that maneuver suicide would be the understatement of the month."
