Viktor grabs the cleaver and leaves the caps for Cast.

He hefts the massive knife and gives it a few trial swings... then he splits the Butchers skull open.

(Strength 5+5) Viktor lifts the cages with the foals inside and carries them outside.

- 3 strips of pony meat
- 35 caps
- 2 knives
- 15 gags
- 2 rolls of duct tape

[Tytan]

"I've hear the scream." Novae trots towards couple. Notices Char. "Oh, so now it's okay to left those mares? Does that means you two found their foals?"

Clock looks at the zebra. At first stunned, then she cries even harder.

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal glares at the zebra mare. "Go," he says gruffly. He returns to attempting to console Clock.

[Katarn]

"Was it something I've said?" She looks confused.

[Orm]

Searchlight looked back at the Seamstress. "I wish I knew, Quiver." He says to himself before leaving the boutique.

[Tytan]

Viktor looks at Cast. "Ponies..." he says in a way that said that Cast needs to think about his priorities.

[Ironmonger]

Cast takes the caps and walks into the hallway, looking around. [Perception 5]

[CamoBadger]

Cast Iron:
The hallway is collapsed just after the doors, leaving the exit, the room filled with stacked up filly and colt heads, and the room he just left.

He gives the other room a confused look before leaving the building.

[Tytan]

Viktor takes the cages outside and puts them down outside the building.

The foals continue to shiver and cower inside the cages as one of the mares jumps up and runs over to them.

"Oh my goddesses! You found him, you found my little boy!" she happily squealed and knelt beside one of the cages, pressing her face through the bars to the colt inside.

"Mama," the colt called through tears as he tried to hug his mother through the bars.

[XT Vengeance]

[perception 7 (3+2)]Charcoal notices the cage of foals and trots over to it. He looks around for a way to open it.

Each cage has a lock on the door.

[Tytan]

Clock keeps crying until she hears the clank of the cages. She looks over her shoulder to see the foals inside. She lets go of Charcoal and runs to the cages. With tears in her eyes she asks the foals, "Ar- are you okay?"

[Katarn]

"Try your key, smartpants. Maybe it's the same kind of lock, like on other." Novae glares at Char.

[CamoBadger]

The two foals not being seen by a mother nodded sadly at Clock, still trying to hide as they waited for whatever came next.

[Tytan]

Clock looks to Charcoal, "I-I can't pick locks, can you?"

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal looks at the locks, and tries the key he had found.

[Ironmonger]

Cast sits down a ways from the group and observes the scene.

[CamoBadger]

The keys don't fit the locks.

[XT Vengeance]

"Where is quiver? He was good with locks," Charcoal asks the group.

[Tytan]

"W-w-we'll need the keys." She looks to the Bakery. "I-I can't."

[Orm]

Searchlight walks out of the boutique and notices the caged foal. He nudges Quiver. "I think they might need your help with those." He tells him before making his way to the cages.

[Ketchup]

"Oh... good idea."
Quiver walks up to the group by the cages.
"Locked?"

[Tytan]

Clock looks up to Quiver with hopeful eyes, "Yes. Can you open them?"

[Ketchup]

"I certainly will try Clock."
Quiver works on the first lock.

Opening it the second time.
Second:[Roll=95]
Quiver falls to his haunches.
"I've broken it..."

[Tytan]

Clock hugs the first foal, "You what?!"

[Ironmonger]

Cast moves a bit closer to the group, now only a few feet away. He looks confused.
He overheard what was said. "I could pry the cage open."

Crusher is near the others.
"So? Can't we just rip the lock off anyway?"
