Cherry leans on him"Bed sounds good right about now."She yawns

He chuckles, then gives her a quick kiss on the cheek and they head back to their room.

Cherry takes off her gear and lays down"Good night, sweetie"

Shadow, takes off his gear and cuddles up to her"Good night, love."He nuzzles her and they both quickly fall asleep.

"I'm all alone, there's no one here besiiide meeee." Pk sings, "My friends have gone..." He falls asleep standing up again.

Crusher makes an annoyed beep at Painkiller's comment, but otherwise stays still on the porch.

Tumble walks to the room Shadow and Cherry were staying in and knocks on the door.

"Ah'm comin'."Shadow gets out of bed, puts on his coat, and answer the door."Yeah.*Looks at Tumble*Oh, mornin', bud. What's up?"He yawns

Tumble looks off to the side "Could you ask Cherry to keep an eye on Flower I've got to step out for a few minutes. Here's the key." He floats the key over to Shadow.

Shadow takes the key."Uh, yeah, sure. Ah'm sure she'd love ta. Uh, what do ya want us ta tell Flower?"

"Thanks,I told her I was going out. She's not talking right now anyway."

"Oh... Didn't know last night affected'er so bad."He nods"Yeah, Blossom, well take care of'er."

He does a slight nod and then trots off to the lobby where he places another forty five caps on the counter. After that he trotted out into NA and into Boomsticks once inside he floated his busted shotgun onto the counter. "How much to repair this?"

Shadow nudges Cherry"Blossom, time ta get up. Tumble needs us ta watch Flower."

Cherry wakes up"Hmmm? Oh, okay."She gets out of bed and puts her gear on."Lets get goin'."

Shadow grabs the rest of his gear"Yeah."He walks to Tumbles room, and unlocks the door.

"Flower, sweetie, ya awake?"

Flower lies in the center of the bed other then a slight twitch of her ears she doesn't acknowledge their presence. The filly sniffs a few times.

Cherry flies into the room and hugs Flower tightly"It's okay, sweetie, ah'm here. And so is Uncle Shadow."

"Uncle?"He says confused

She shoots him a glare

"Yeah, that's, uh, right."He walks over to Cherry and Flower "We're just here till yer daddy gets back."

Cherry nuzzles her"Ah take ya've never seen a fight a before have ya? Can't imagine what ya've been through, sweetpea."Holds her closer.

"...Daddy died."

[Perception 6 (10+1) Charisma 7(5+2) ]Cherry hears Flower and hugs her tighter"Sweetpea, yer daddy isn't dead. Uncle Shadow and ah talked ta him this mornin'."She wraps her wings around Flower and nuzzles her"He's fine, ah promise."She says in comforting tone.

Shadow nods"Yeah, it was just a spell sweetie."

She tries to wipe her stinging eyes on Cherry's coat. "B-but I saw it he fell over and he- h." Flower's eye's well up reliving the memory. Flower buried her head into Cherry's chest.

"Shhh, sweetie, it's okay, just let it out."She holds her close and rubs her back.

[Intelligence 7 (7+2)]Shadow sits down next to her"Well, if ah had ta guess, it was a clonin' spell. It uh, makes somethin' that looks like same as yer daddy but isn't."He pats her shoulder, trying to be comforting"It was somethin' yer daddy did so he could help protect ya."

"What i-if, What if he's the clone? What if the monsters come back and he can't save me?"

[Guest]

Cherry looks at Flower and gives her a comforting smile"Sweetie, Ah know that it's not the clone. 'cause yer daddy was able ta put ya back into has bag. The clone can't do that."

Shadow looks at Flower, and smiles"Flower, the monsters won't come back ta hurt ya. Ah promise, and ah'll keep yer daddy safe as best ah can, just like he keeps ya safe."

While what Shadow and Cherry said did comfort her. It didn't fully erase her fears or worries. And it did nothing for the memories. Flower once again pressed her faces against Cherry's fur breathing raggedly.

Cherry continues to hug Flower close and rubs her back"It's okay, sweetpea. Auntie Cherry is here, just let it out. Ah ain't goin' anywhere."

"Fixing a single shotgun? I can do it for 60 caps."

[Guest]

"Hmm. How much would you pay for it in it's current condition?"

[CamoBadger]

"Hmm...Well it would be 130 if it worked, so I'll take off the 60 for repairs and give you 70 caps for it."

"Deal." He floats the nine mil out of his bag and into his holster.

[CamoBadger]

"Great," the stallion took the shotgun and passed over 70 caps. "Anything else I can help you with?"

[Guest]

"Just let me know if you hear from Ditzy alright?"

"Will do!"

Tumble left the shop and made his way back to his daughter. He quickly trotted past the Desk and made a bee-line for his room. He stepped through the door.

She frowned and climbed out of Cherry's hooves, she then crawled to the side of the bed furthest away from Tumble and looked away. Sniffing could be heard from her every so often.

Cherry looks confused, then goes back over to Flower"Sweetie, what's wrong?"

Shadow walks over to Tumble"Hey, bud. She's just a little freaked out."He looks at Flower"Ah think the clone diein' got ta her..."
