I was wondering why searchlight had three bottles but I suppose he could like the flavor. Or maybe three bottles is just enough to get him drunk off his ass.

sand dog anatomy is not covered in enclave schooling nor is it common for one to work with them or on medically since they are reclusive and native to the hoofington area.

and viktor did not get crippled

in other words, it would have been more harmful for Painkiller to attempt to treat him since there aren't any (as far as i know) sand dogs in the Dise region which is where Painkiller gained his wasteland experience from.

He doesn't know how they'll react to viktor's anatomy, for he knows viktor's body could have rejected the potion and he'd had a violent reaction to it. He doesn't have the equipment or the knowledge to treat the sand dog for that kind of reaction. besides clockwork had it in hand, and apparently viktor can handle potions, but at the time PK did not know

Then why did he try helping a ghoul? Why would that be covered in the Enclave?

He lived in Dise and worked closely with and on Ghoul doctors and patients while paying off his debt to the Watchers. Read FOE Heros by No One for Dise information.

that fault lies in with the player and since the GM did not say it doesn't happen it happened and was successful

No, Fallout lore says that chems don't work on ghouls, so it didn't work. But because I didn't say it right away, you can keep your Med-X, that never happened.

that works for me, like i said the action fault lies with the player not Painkiller himself. I don't have all the fallout lore memorized so its a good thing we have a gm to preside over those accounts

Seeing how well it's going here we should have started that OOC thread for season 2, but what we had going was a left over from season one which in all honesty was less an RP and more a bunch of guys telling a story through the perspective and interactions of different characters.
