As of right now, nobody has any changes in their HP or damage threshold from clothing. That will show up eventually, but not right now.

okay, that makes sense then and I suppose that includes Lafayette? Checks a map, no not likely, the wrong side of Denver for your region. I was in between Lafayette and Arvada while visiting my Aunt's house over Christmas. When I arrived on Christmas Eve I was so disappointed at the lack of snow. It Snowed that night of course and I got my white Christmas. It made my holiday.

eh Painkiller will still recognize her hat, but know she ain't one like him. Will likely not spill the beans to her early and have a bit of distrust for her.

I think Cast Iron would be just a bit naive considering that he hasn't been in the Equestrian Wasteland very long. Longer than probably Quiver but still not as long as most. Germane is a very different place, so he's bound to be a bit confused and awkward at various times.

I pictured Painkiller and shadow sitting across from one another both just kind of grunt discontentedly at one another then go back to what they were doing.

-an overbearing doctor
-an annoying young zebra
-a robot with a supplementary AI

-a caring father and his filly
-a wise ghoul
-a pessimistic coward with a pet box
-a cybernetically-adept adept doctor
-an enhanced sand dog
-a Stable pony
-and a very normal pony

I'm starting to see the same issue that Ketchup is seeing. Cast Iron has a whole lifetime of experience coordinating with a group, but what about the others? Part of my brain is saying "This isn't even rag-tag, this is just mindlessly thrown-together people. How could this possibly work?" and the other says "We'll find away to make it work." My brain is just going in circles at this point.

As for "how is the group going to work together?" The way it's looking like right now it's less 'a rag tag group of misfits" and more of "a group made up of different rag tag groups of misfits."

Actively no, but like I've said before, it is 100% possible for any and all characters to die at some point. Not saying they will, because even I don't know at this point, but it can happen.
