It is, which is why I'm switching. Don't want to give up nicotene, but I'd rather be able to breathe again. I had to run a 2 mile test this weekend, and I thought my lungs were going to collapse from over-use. That was the moment I decided I will never smoke an actual cigarette again (cigars are still okay on occasion though, because you don't inhale those).
