I think that they're developing in a pretty interesting direction so far. Of course, I rather suspect that the players won't find any of this out, but... eh, it's been fun thinking it up. :)

I mean, I assume that you are interested in things besides the Hindsbrain, but it seemed, given the information you provided, not unlikely that that bit of text was your target.

Oh, I also read Kattlarv's Xanthe/Stealth Suit clopfic and was inspired to ask whether the suit could be reprogrammed, since, if so, one could give it the ability to speak by inserting phonemes into its phrase bank.

@everyone:
On another topic, I've been pondering the design of Elusive City's eventual non-amphibian or seaplane airport. I'm currently thinking a floating platform four klicks by 1.5, somewhat after the pattern of Heathrow, but I'm having trouble deciding between a semi-semisubmersible design I came up with last night/this morning (using ballast units assembled underwater into a platform on which pilings would be built; the space above the platform would then surrounded by watertight but non-structural panels and pumped dry with the airport platform being built on top of the pilings) and a pneumatic stabilized platform design. The latter would probably be cheaper, but I'm worried that it would have a lower load capacity, less ability to dynamically alter its buoyancy, less ability to have its buoyancy expanded (the modular ballast units can be stacked vertically), and less easily useable space (the space between the upper platform and the floatation platform is an integral part of the SSS design, but the PSP design would need extra construction). On the other hand, I might be wrong, or the cost savings might be so great that it would be cheaper to use the PSP design with extra equipment and work to counteract its faults. Input?

Fanfiction : If you haven't read it yet, the two (anti-)"TCB" fic referred to earlier ("Not Alone" and "Conquers The Stars") might do the trick. I think they should easily hold you for -at least- a hour and a half.

The key thing, I think, is what counts as "destruction". Souljared cloth is still flexible, so it might still be possible to open access panels. Or, since they're not contiguous units, it might not.

Once you have Flash, you should be able to run it in like Chrome or whatever. I use Winamp, myself, but that's just 'cos it's always open.

19 tabs for me >_< with a similar problem, though I also have a tendency to open up any pages I find "interesting" or "useful" and then never close them, ever. Like a digital color wheel I opened up about a month ago for drawing class. Still open.

15 total people have ever logged onto the server, that's what comes from keeping the Server low key, the 200 odd people who regular use the forum see my sig and of that I've had 14 people visit not counting myself and about eight who stayed and built stuff.

All swicked ever does for example is stop by once a month just to see what we've made since the last visit.

@OAC: I know that feel... I got 2 chrome's up with 30+ tabs on both, and a firefox with about as much. Then a opera with around as much, but with "rarely visited" things. I don't have that one running. But the other two generally are up and going xD
