Finally got repaid, got the AT-15A. It's not bad. Pretty much like the AT-2 (barring the issue of reload time). Which means it mostly has the same issues - slowness, and relies on a degree of backup.
Sadly, like usual, my teams can't find their own asses in the dark. Had an earlier match in the AT-2, a pair of Valentine ATs were with me, and they just charged ahead and I'm like, "No, you idiots, your entire top half is a weak spot. Don't lead the attack, you'll die!" Which they promptly did. I ended up being the last alive on my team, at the other end of the map, while the enemy was capping the base.
I have managed to get Mastery 2nd class in my AT-15A, though.

Further news, 8.6 will be "very soon", with 8.7 "within two weeks afterwards.
8.6 will allegedly bring:
- the expanded artillery for American, Soviet, German and French lines, about 15 new SPGs.
- British tier 5 premium heavy, the Excelsior
- Changes to accuracy so that every gun gets an accuracy buff (Prepare for sniping Russian derps)
- Changes to camo for sneakier tanks being sneakier and bigger tanks being less so
- Changes to penetration mechanics, bouncy tanks get bouncier
- Adds encounter to Mines

Aside from the sides, weak spots on the T32 would be the hatches on the front, cupola, machine gun station, lower glacis, and the front glacis in general against anything T8, from my experiences. The usual batch of target locations, really: lower hull, sides, side turret (back half), any hatches or machine guns you can spot.
But if your gun has less than about 120 pen, your chances of penetrating the front of those things at all are fairly poor.

Really not looking forward to having to memorize every edge of the tanks, but it's rather hard to aim for something specific when all you can see is silhouette.

Those three tanks have absurdly strong turret fronts, the issue is they like to lurk at the back and fire from hulldown with that American depression. You have to take the fight into them to get around to their very weak sides. They are -very- large tanks to spot poking out of covers. Even the upper glacis is weak on some.

That second one is frightfully common. KV-1S' tend to have the most annoying players by far given it is basically an OP troll tank. You get all the degenerates playing it who will teamkill you to stop you getting "their kill" if they're nearby.

British Tier 8+ guns getting a universal nerf "soon" on their APCR rounds as part of a subcalibur ammo nerf. (Will affect the Konish cannon as well as pretty much every British gun getting a nerf)
In the same vain, WG has said that HESH will not be changed at all. They are happy with it.
New players will get a whole host of bonuses in future, with 250 gold, extra slot, 7 days premium and a "free Mk7 tank", a tier 7 tank? The Tetrarch was a Mk7 Light Tank, so maybe a free Tetrarch?

So I only today realised that in 160 games with my Matilda I've made a mistake.
I unlocked the second turret and then never bothered to equip it...then didn't realise at all.
I've been playing this whole time on an elited tank with 30 less HP than I should have and 10 less view range.
I can only laugh.

Thank god those are getting nerfed soon.
I want to play in a little bit tonight after reading some fanfiction, but I'm a little hesitant, considering the AWFUL experience I had last night.
18 games. 3 wins. One of those wins resulted in me getting taken out early on because one of my idiot teammates tracked me AFTER I had already used my repair kit, and did so in such a way that I was helpless to do anything and had my weak spot showing to the enemy AND was getting constantly re-tracked (and my x3 went to that game, and not the next win, which infuriates me because I did so well I got 1st class mastery and almost top gun). The other "win" had me getting blown up early-mid match, and I still can't fathom what went wrong. This was me in my AT-15A vs a Tiger. And he survived within an inch of his life towards the end because somehow, I kept bouncing shots or having them go high. He kept penning me in the front at the angled area. No shots hit the weak point on my machine gun turret. Look at these stats:

Even if he was using gold rounds, I still have more armor than what he can penetrate, even with +/- pen calculations. In addition, based on my gun compared to his armor, I should've had no trouble penning him, and he was not that far away.
Now I admit, I don't know the armor thickness distribution of the AT-15A, but seriously, penning at the angle? I'm absolutely befuddled. Anyways, what got me killed was me being a derp in the end, because I so wanted to just finish him off, but then a Stug out in the distance kept getting damage on me by hitting my MG turret, while the Tiger kept backing away, so I decided to take him out while the Tiger cowed out. Tiger came over and bit me in the sides while I wasn't looking.
Oh, and 13 of those games were in my JagdPanther. 0 wins.

The British AT TD's really aren't as armoured as you might think. Their max values are only in tiny areas and all have massive weak areas.
Their only real bonus is their high HP compared to most.

I recently found the joy of mounting the 7.92mm Mauser on my PzI C. Bahahah, bow before the 253 RoF and 33 penetration! The thing just chews through anything it can penetrate, and I don't have to aim for weakspots in a pinch-- it spits out so many rounds a few are bound to find some!
