You know since it's already episode eight and we're only a month from the season finale, does anyone have any news on how many episodes there are going to be in the next season? Or any news on next season whatsoever?

I heard that they willingly took a budget cut to help the other shows on the hub get off the ground. And they are making 13 full budget episodes as opposed to 26 half budget ones.

I would assume that they are hoping that the other shows can get themselves off of the ground, in which case MLP will be getting their usual at the very least. But this is all based off of general rationalizations, and is in no way fact.
