"I'm sure it is." She stands and whispers into Blossoms ear, "I'll be waiting." Clock goes to her room.

[Guest]

Cherry whimpers a little, and blushes deeper

"All right, Blossom, ah'll take ya ta bed."He picks her up and takes her to his room, then lays her down on his bed."Good night, love."He kisses her forehead and walks back into the common, finds a spot and starts reading.

[Tytan]

((I think Clock broke her.))

[Guest]

((Yup, she did.))

[Tytan]

((This pleases Clock.))

[Guest]

((I bet it does.))

[Tytan]

((I think I'll go to sleep.))

Clock comes out of her room a few minutes later, now freshly showered. She comes up to Shadow, "Was it too much?"

Shadow glances up at Clock and his tendrils make a pinching motion"Just a little."

[Tytan]

((Sorry, was gone for a while, and unfortunately I'll have to go again in a bit.))

"I can't help it sometimes. I guess that's what happens when yer mama teaches you tricks like that."

((It's fine, Ty, I'm doing homework anyways.))
Shadow shrugs"It's fine, she'll be all right. Just needs ta sleep it off, in a couple of hours she'll be her usual self."goes back to reading.

[Tytan]

Clock cocks an eyebrow, "I'm a little surprised you didn't ask what kind of mom teaches her daughter things like that."

((Okay, I'll be back in a bit.))

Shadow glances up at Clock"Ah ain't one ta judge when it comes ta raisin' kids. Seein' as one ah don't have a daughter, and two from what ah can yer folks must of done somethin' right since yer a doctor and try ta help folks. So, who cares what else they taught ya."He looks back at his book.

[Tytan]

"That's mighty progressive of yah. I wasn't gonna say she was a bad mama or nothin'. I was gonna tell yah she was a prostitute when she met my daddy. She taught me some tricks she learned in case I ever found myself desperate... That last part sounded better in my head."

[Guest]

Shadow shrugs"Ah guess that makes sense, and nothin' wrong what yer mama did. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do, ah 'spose."

[Tytan]

"Well, thanks for bein' so open minded. Some ponies like to get all high and mighty when it comes to this sorta thing." She gives him a kiss on the cheek.

[Guest]

Shadow smiles"Don't mention it Clock. Ah mean everypony's gotta take care of themselves. So, ya just do what ya gotta. Everypony can't be a gun fer hire, a doctor, or whatever. 'Sides, yer mama's job was more important then most think."

[Tytan]

Clock smiles, "How so? I never pictured a stallion... Or mare feelin' pent up was a matter of great import."

[Guest]

"Well, think 'bout it like this, yer a guard or a merchant. Ya had particularly rough day and ya need some comfort, so ta speak. So, ya go ta a prostitute and get just that. Well, afterwords ya feel better, less stressed, and are somewhat happier. Not only that, but believe it or not, the caps he or she just made providin' ya with services. Helps the town or settlement, because now the town has more caps ta circulate through it fer more supplies, and the pay fer the guards and town improvements."He says still reading.

[Tytan]

"Well I can't accuse you of not seeing the big picture." She rests her chin on his shoulder and looks at the book.

[Guest]

"Eh, the trader that sold me my book, he also had a couple of pre war economics textbooks. Most of the principals still apply here, just instead of bits, it's bottle caps."

[Tytan]

"Big, strong, and intellectual? Blossom is pretty lucky herself. Speaking of your book, I think it's promising me snack cakes in exchange for the blood of wrong doers."

[Guest]

"Um, Clock, this is one of the econ textbooks..."

[Tytan]

"This'd probably be a good time to tell you I couldn't actually read anything in that other book."

[Guest]

Shadow chuckles"Yeah, that'd probably be fer the best."

[Tytan]

"I did see pictures though. Nothing terribly specific, but pictures none the less."
