"I'm fine. Don't worry about it. I'm used to spending time away from other ponies anyways," he says without turning. Three fingers extend from his left hoof, and he disassembles his rifle, running an oiled cloth down the barrel.

Clock followed Blossom out, she stays a fair distance away. "I'm sorry. I knew you didn't like Raiders, and I thought you'd be tickled pink if we taped some mirrors to a raider and started shooting him after we broke his legs."

Cherry raises her eyebrow"Just tell me what's wrong, ah can try ta help ya out. Maybe talkin' could help."

*gets up* No problem. *walks into kitchen* I think there might be some bottled water in the fridge here...*rummages though fridge*...somewhere...*rummage*...Ah! Here. *walks out of kitchen, bottle in hand, hands it to Shadow* Here ya' go.

"Nothing is wrong Cherry, so don't worry about it."

Hearing Clock, he turns to her, his left eye still glowing slightly. "And that would make me no better than a raider myself," he growls.

"Thanks, Ah needed that."A tendril take opens the bottle and he takes a drink

"So it was the raiders, just like Shadow then."She sighs"Fine we won't ask ya, Charcoal, but still yer help would be nice..."

[Tytan]

"How is it any worse than killing them outright?"

[XT Vengeance]

"I kill my targets. Raiders are the ones that kidnap and torture ponies." Charcoal looks back to his rifle, and continues to clean it, stopping momentarily to rub Scorch's neck while he sleeps.

[Tytan]

"We're not torturing him for shits and giggles. We think there's a nest of raiders that've gotten their hands on energy weapons. I had the idea of using mirrors against them. We need a live body to test on. And I'd prefer not to have a raider that can still attack."

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal's ears perk up at the mention of a nest of raiders. "Where is this nest, exactly?"

Cherry shrugs"No idea*she thinks*know of anyplace that has pegsai?"

"I came across a guy who had energy weapon burns. Shadow said it sounded like an initiation thing. I came across him up north."

"Anything more specific than that?" Charcoal asks, reassembling his rifle with expert care.

[Tytan]

"Sorry, not really. If I recall correctly it was somewhere near Fillydelphia I think."

"Ah wonder if it's rogue Enclave, though ah don't think they'd do somethin' like that."

[Tytan]

"It could be. But why would he come to me?"

"That place is a mess. I may hate raiders, but I have no desire to get myself killed."

[Tytan]

"Understandable."

"Ah don't know, maybe they don't have a doc."She shrugs"Ah just thought ah'd mention it, since ah don't know any other group that has energy weapons readily available"

"Well, there's Hell Hounds. I've got a funny story about them if you've got time."

"I'm sorry, but I'd like to be left alone if you both don't mind."

"Sure ah'd like ta hear it."She turns to Charcoal"Are ya sure? ah can send Shadow out here."

Charcoal pulls a spare clip out of his bags and begins loading it with .308 hollow points. "If you want, sure. I just need some more time alone."

"All right, but if ya need anythin', just ask me or Shadow."She smiles then looks at Clock"Come on, lets get back inside."She heads back inside
