"Oh, my bad. I'd heard a rumor that enclavers got their cutie marks burned off. I guess I thought it would have been nice to know another mare with scars." Clock lifts them hem of her coat and shows Blossom her flank. It's covered in scars of various sizes, all appear to be from stab wounds.

Clock struggles to find the words, "I... understand, I think. You never knew anything else. You... Believed what they told you just like everyone else."

"That don't excuse it, doc. ah was smart enough ta know that at least some of the propaganda was bullshit, still choose ta believe and accept it anyways. Hell, ah was happy ta join up when ah did."

Cherry chuckles"Figured ya say somthin' like that."She pulls a picture out of her duster, it shows Cherry, about a year younger in a grey dress uniform and cap. Hugging her parents, with a wide smile and two duffle bags next to her.

"I was right about one thing. You do look good in uniform... speaking of, do you know what 'Shadowbolts' are?"

Cherry looks at her"How do ya know 'bout them."She says seriously.

Clock blushes a little, "I got a, uh, gift from Tytan. Venus said it reminded her of the Shadowbolts."

"Oh, Ah see. Well, legend has it they were Rainbow Dash's personal troops, best of the best. Black ops kinda stuff. Don't know if they still exist or not though. If they do, they'd be the kinda things ya would black out on documents.."

Clocks blush deepens a little, "And they went around dressed in that? I would've loved to see that..."

"It probably would have been an armored version, but yeah basically. More aerodynamic, and the scariest thin' in sky at the time."

"Then they must not have been wearing that."

"Yers might be a more, personal version, but trust me. One of those flyin' at ya with a quad laser rifle battle saddle. Is enough ta make folk back down."

"Personal is the right word. It kinda looks like yours but... tighter, and black and blue."
