Makes her way to the wheel house prepared to strangle the captain if they crashed again. "Then return fire!"

*Groans, then steps up and puts her armor and other gear on* But we were having such a nice time.
I thought we were going to land on a secluded shore away from the action!

"I'm manning the fucking steering so we're not blown out of the sky!" He gestures to the sides of the ship, "You lot man the defensive turrets, and get them to stop shooting at my new ship!"

"Well apparently someone didn't get the memo!" She rushes up the stairs, "I dunno, maybe they didn't have them all scouted yet or something!"

"I know, we're almost done though." She was starting to lose count of how many time she said something like that.

She grumbles and makes her way towards one of the turrets. "How does this work?"

[Aonee]

*Sighs as she holds onto Izumi*
I just hope to Pip you're right.

"Pull it around to point in the general direction or the thing shooting at us! Push the big red button! Watch where the projectile lands and explodes, adjust aim!

I don't know, I'm a Captain not a Gunner!"

She steps out of their room. "I hope so too." She muttered.

She spots one of the lights in the darkness and swings the gun around towards it.

[Melee] She manages to completely miss the target. "There's something wrong with your ship!"

"Bah, it's a rental!" He yells back, swing the ship around again, "I think I may have used that joke last time..."

[Tytan]

Major leaves her room, now ready for battle. Only problem... she's still lost. She heads in the direction the airship seems to be going.

*Starts running towards the deck*
*Starts trying harder to rouse Azure*

[Tytan]

Major feels a small measure of joy for finding the command deck. "What's going on?! I thought we were landing miles away from the palace!"

[Orm]

Trail feels the ship shake from the hit and runs to the deck.
"Why the fuck can't anything ever go as planned?!"

"It's not just the palace with the guns, it's the entire beach-line of the island@"

Azure wakes up, panicky and defensively clutches her egg"W-whats goin' on?"She asks worriedly.

Simply points at a Cannon.

She's stunned by the sight of the gun, "That'll do nicely."

[Guns] She takes her position and brings the cannon to bear. She depresses the control and milliseconds later an explosion bloomed on the beach.

I'm guessing we found the AA guns. Illis? What's the safest location in this ship?

Azure slowly gets out bed, and looks at Iffin."D-do ya think we'll crash?*Her eyes go wide*Oh no. Please don't crash, please don't crash."She pulls the egg closer to her chest.

Major pulls the trigger over and over, strafing the coast. When AA fire still explodes near the ship she starts firing further inland. Her heart is racing with adrenaline.

(( Hmph. I have to run for the night - Quadratics test tomorrow and all the jazz. But I don't want to leave you guys hanging... ))

After a half-an-hour of explosions, the crew manages to take down the most threatening of the AA cannons, and Hammer brings the airship to land near one of the destroyed ones.

"Alright folks, down in the hull Emperor Hana has provided us with the best armor, weapons, potions, and ammunitions the Japonese army can spare. They're just rentals, but they should do nicely against whatever the NCR has to throw at us."

(( So upgrade all your weapons to military grade grenade rifles, armor piercing rounds, etc. This is all only for this fight, and the enemies here will be mighty tough, so don't be skimpy on picking stuff up -you'll need it. ))

"We'll have to move north from here - we should clear out any surviving soldiers from the emplacements, and from there we'll move into our nostalgic little NCR staging area. That'll be a bigger fight, so brace yourselves. Then it's only a trek through the woods to the palace."

He takes a deep breath, "They didn't see us land - they haven't had time to set a tracker on us and it's far too dark, so I suggest we take an hour or two for a breather."

*Breathes a sigh of relief* Right. Red, let's go get some stuff then.

She follows after Saks. "I'm not sure I want to trade out my guns."

She seems to have a small skip in her step. Not going for another swim probably has a lot to do with it.

Azure nods"Y-yeah."She says shakily"So, w-what are we gonna do, I...I don't think we can stay here..."
