And it wouldn't looks just like his old beak, it'd be all... cyborg-y and shit. I think it's much too OP that he can get cybernetics in the first place, let alone ones that good. Just a regular cybernetic should cost like, 100,000 caps MINIMUM in my opinion. Just because our parents have good connections with the NCR doesn't mean shit, especially since Project Steelpony isn't even part of NCR, to my knowledge. ))
