*takes a deep breath* Well...I've been hearing him talking to Buckshot...and it sounds like he's planning on joining the guard. Fifteen years ago, this wouldn't have been as big an issue, but ever since the Gardens activated...well...the guard's taken a more active role in such things as helping caravans, but they've even gone so far as to travel some of the areas outside the cleansed borders ((or whatever the fuck Admiral called it)) along with them. And I just...I'm trying not to be overprotective or be a stick in the mud, but you know me...I just couldn't live with myself if something happened to him after he joined...

It's a deal. Thank you, Mr. Blues. *picks up weapons and heads out to Whisper's*

Well, I think I can give you some suggestions, if you'll take em. First, I'd talk to him about this. Tell him what you're worried about, and everything, but support him in whichever choice he chooses. And if he does join up, well, I'd say support him in such a way that he has a better chance of getting back. *She sighs* I'm glad Kura's working in the clinic with me, but I wonder if she'll be content to stay here forever...
