That one's real cute, one of the best. I dig the REAPERS 99 uniform, you don't see as much of that. Most of the art out there features her Aegis Security uniform.

I'm still trying to find something where the legs have that white plastic-y enamel look.

I'm not too knowledgeable on weaponry but I'm trying to think of the practicality of some pony weapons...

Point of interest: Humanity has pretty much the weakest necks and jaws in the animal kingdom. An equine would be able to bite, hold and beat things with a weapon in their mouth with at least as much power and control as we would with our hands. Range of motion is still an issue, and the neck has a great deal less reach than an arm...

Anyway, Blackjack's sword has etchings of unicorns along the blade, so it was probably designed to be used exclusively with TK. She can swing it like an earth pony, but she's nowhere near as experienced with mouth-fighting and the balance is probably all off.

Meanwhile, braid blades would work, but only for earth ponies and zebras; they're the only ones with good enough tail control to pull it off properly without hurting themselves. So Rampage can loop somepony's neck with her tail and tear it off with the razorwire, but a unicorn trying the same trick would probably just bloody their rear legs and cut off half their tail.

So this mod happened.

Avoid looking anyone directly in the eyes. While most may seem harmless far too many will immediately engage you in an argument or some form of aggressive flirtation. Possibly at the same time.

She really likes shotguns, but they aren't always optimal. She tends to use pistols for precision or rapid-fire work, and over time she's gone through dragon claws, swords, bottles, the bones of her enemies... generally whatever she can pick up and hit people with. And she goes through shotguns rapidly due to the prevalence of specialized ammo in the hoof (all of which is bad for the mechanisms) and the toughness of most of her opponents.

Lets eliminate the obvious Freudian aspect and consider this: Shotguns are terrifying without even firing them. The sound of racking a shell is pretty much concentrated terror, usually enough to put a foe in their tracks. The other aspect of course is that it's explosive death.

Not only that, it's pure mutilating stopping power. A bullet does the job but buckshot puts shit down. In a way, it's a protector's defensive weapon and that's what Security does. It's pure vulgar... hrm, ahem, I uh... oh yeah, Breaking Bad just finished on the DVR... excuse me.

The closest any of my OCs come to this kind of crazy is a unicorn mare named Torchlight. A pyromaniac. Her ability to conjure fire with great ease has almost burned down everything more than once, usually to show off. She uses her fire in combat to great effect, but my story with her in it sucked, like everything else I've managed to write. I like her character though.

Wow Ryx made both those pictures? I really liked both those pictures when I came across them, but never found the source. There needs to be more PH art that isn't Blackjack. While I like her, her team mates are getting left in the dust art wise. Its hard to find a new picture of P21 or Lacunae (that isn't in lingerie at least)

Yes, those are both mine, as well as the picture of Caprice (I actually don't think anyone else has ever drawn Caprice). I am of course trying to draw more Boo when I can, but I'll try to draw some more of Blackjack's other companions as well too. So much to do...
