He puts the kids on his back and walks of the wagon

Roxie follows Whisper off of the wagon.

Emma gives Moody a quick hug and smiles
"It's gonna be alright, hun."
She motions to the rest of the group
"Come on, lets go see this place of yours."

*Walks with the group, but keeps the wagon attached*

Flame walks off the wagon. He's been strangely silent the whole journey.

*She levitates out one of her miniguns, she spins up the barrel and it gives a slight whine in protest. She inspects it a little closer.*
When is the last time I used these?

*She steps out of the wagon and follows the group.*

*Unhooks herself, and follows next to War* Uh, before Coltchester I think?

Moody looks back to War.
"Me and Emma will give them a check up as soon as we can."
He starts heading out, following the remains of a familiar path. Even after all these years it all comes back to him.

Emma looks at War
"Sorry about not looking at them before we left, I kinda lost track of time."

Whisper looks around.
"This place ain't too bad if ya ask me. Plus with Manehatten bein' so close I'm not surprised caravans come through here."

*Looks at Crys.*
Sounds about right.

*Looks at Emma.*
Don't worry about it. Honestly I'm more worried about using this.

*She gestures to the minigun floating next to her.*
Without a saddle. It's been years.*

"If you want, I can make you a saddle once we get time."

[Moodyman90]

Moody chuckles.
"Yeah, but where we're going is a bit out of the way. Guess I could have had us land closer but just something about the walk."
He goes over to a tree, a single leaf still on it.
"I remember this old thing. Always tried to knock the leaves off when I was waiting. Guess it finally died...."
He gives it a buck and watches as it falls over.
"Oops...."

[Guest]

Whisper chuckles when he sees the tree fall
"At least ya finally got all leaves off it, Moody."
He looks around, thinks for a bit, then looks at Moody.
"Hey, bud, caravans still come through here right?"

[Guest]

That'd be nice Emma.

*She sets down her gun and levitates the log off to the side. She raises her gun back up.*

[Moodyman90]

"Oh yeah. Been on a couple myself heading to and from Manhattan. Just haven't been down this path on any of them."
He thinks for a moment.
"It would probably take some work to make the path caravan worthy. Had to make my way to the route back there rather then them coming to us remember?"

[Guest]

"Anyone else thinkin' what I'm thinkin'?"

Emma looks at War and smiles
"Then consider it done."

[Aonee]

Well, there's already a farm to help supply food, and from the air, it doesn't look half bad.

[MrMagma]

Flame remains silent, and starts surveying the area, looking for anything that could be even mildly aggressive towards the group.

[Guest]

"And since a trade route is already setup, it would be easier ta get traders ta pass through, since they wouldn't be goin' out there way too much. I think we might have a spot fer our town. That is, if it's alright with y'all."
He looks around the area.

Emma nods
"That doesn't sound half bad."

Makes sense to me.

*Seems to be thinking something over. She doesn't give any sign that she agrees with or objects to it.*

"I guess that'll work. Not sure how well the farm will do since it's been a few years, but it may work."

Rest of the walk is uneventful. Moody makes a comment on a landmark or two before finally walking up to an area a bit cleaner then the path and surrounding area. The remains of fields with weeds growing in them off to the side of an old shack that's barely standing up.

"Look just about the same...."

Suddenly the door to the shack swings open, an older green mare running out with a gun in mouth.

"HOLD IT RIGHT THERE OR I"LL BLOW YOU"RE FUCKING HEADS OFF! THE FUCK YA"LL DOING OUT HERE!"

[Scyto Harmony]

*Leans in to Moody and mutters* And I'm the crazy one?

Oooh, she's green! *Wave*

[Aonee]

I figured this was going too well. *Turns to Moody* You know her?
Woah woah woah! We don't mean any harm!

[Guest]

Whisper tenses and draws his pistol, but doesn't shoot
"Ma'am we're just passin' through, ya can put the gun down. We don't wanna do anythin' we're gonna regret."

[Guest]

((Wait a minute. When Last, Guard and Moody went on that raider eliminating job Moody went to a yellow raider and was hoping it wasn't a mare. Is this the same mare? Not that mixing up the colors is a big deal I'm just a little confused))

((Yellow was the color of Moody's mom, that's why he didn't want to shoot a yellow mare, at least I think so.))

((I'm pretty sure he said something along the lines of not being able to face that particular raider.))

He looks at Aon.
"Nope..."
He looks back up to the shack and the mare.
"Like my friend said, just passing through ma'am."

"A likely fuckin story! Why are ya'll here!"

"Just wanted to visit the old farm ma'am."

"Well ya'll got the wrong one! Lived here all my life and ain't been nopony around here cept me!"

Moody looks to the others and shakes his head a little, hopefully letting them know not to do anything right now.

"Must have been my mistake ma'am. But could we come inside for a bit and rest? We've been traveling for a while."

The mare gets an angry look on her face before putting the gun up.
"FUCK! Fine! Come on in, I'll put on the fuckin' tea kettle!"

Moody carefully makes his way up there.

((Dad was red, Mom was yellow. Just didn't want to kill a red stallion and yellow mare in the same fight. Reason why the currently character is female is cause I realized I make more male characters then female.))

Whisper cautiously holsters his pistol, keeping an eye on the gun the mare had, and puts the kids on Terra's back and whispers
"first sign a trouble get'em outta here okay, darlin?"
He follows Moody inside the farm.
