Do you have a location for this new town? How are you planning on sustaining it? What's going to draw the traders there? How do you plan on defending it?

These questions need to be answered.

You've got to make it worth my while. Your town is an investment, and if I don't think it's going to last, I won't have the NCR support it.

((Any ideas? About protecting town - we could protect it by our own, while it will be small settlement, also we could ask sompony (points at Robo/Bastion) to help. I could make Mav ask AJRs to assist, but it's vague call.
Good point about 'draw the traders there', ideas?
And yeah, while we have few doctors, repair ponies, hunter and mercs/guards. We don't have actual traders/administrative stuff in our group. I mean those, who could act as merchants in town and those, who could effectively run infrastructure of the town.))

Do we have a location for this town? Not yet. What will draw traders towards it? Various things. We can make our own medicine, we can make our own weapons and armor, we can make wagons, both wheeled and sky, and arm them too. *Glances at War* We might already have a trading partner. How will we defend it? We ourselves can serve as guards if need be, and build a wall to protect ourselves. How will we sustain the settlement? I already have a water talisman to use. Not only this, but we ourselves can serve as diplomats to a new people that are thinking about entering the Wastes, one that has fully shielded themselves of the horror the War brought us.

*Whispers.* What if we're not the diplomats she wants to send? Willow we'll have to go with some NCR strangers. Also since we know about the meeting this may be seen as slightly treasonous.

It is true. As my presence here shows, the deer have already begun sending out scouts, and they are planning a tribal court within two weeks to decide the best way to go about establishing contact with the ponies of the wasteland. It would only be beneficial if their were to be a place for both the tribes and the NCR to meet.

*Gawd thinks it over for a minute*

Very well, but you still have to find a location for your village. Until then, I cannot endorse you or provide any resources for you to build your village.
