((Special training let you use it sooner? Or you could be level 18. We just needed to agree to be over level 10 and near the same as the rest as far as I'm concern. I'm building myself for level 15 at any rate.))

((I'm currently using this. It was linked here a while ago and it's pretty solid. Only fault I have with is is that the NV side is still in alpha and not really up for building characters with like 3 is.))

((Please anybody see fit to correct me if wrong but I believe we're using a combination of the two. Can a smart pony decide if that means we only get perks every two levels? One thing I do know is that we're using New Vegas style Traits.
I also feel bad for not RP but I haven't had anything to work with since the focus has been put on the scene at The Birdbath.))

((I've mostly been using the builder to get stat distribution down. Without picking any perk that raises skill points and with the SPECIAL I have I can safely say my Repair, Speech, and for sake of setting, and based on Fallout 3, Mouth fired/ small gun at 100 at level 15. Need to go back and see what my Barter and Battlesaddle/ Big Guns is.))

((I'm going to say level cap is 30. Unless we go with NV with all DLC added which brings it to 50. That last part is a joke unless voted for, I'm indifferent on that.))

"That is good news! Luckily we we can wait as long as we want, which I guess until you're at 100 percent. We're going to hit up the shops and all before we leave as well."
