No problem. I actually modified your sheet (and everyone else's who I receive) because I put it in a specific manner to allow me to keep track of things easier.

I have a general idea for where you'll be starting. I'm still reading up on all the lore though.

In game, 40k/41k.

In real life, no sessions. It's played every day. You post whenever unless initiative then we go by initiative. I trust everyone to not post if someone has been left behind. Certain times, I will not reply with the results so that someone can post. I will rarely reply to a single person, as I'd rather wait for multiple people. In combat, wait between every post for mine to say what happened.

In short, all day every day, since we've got players on opposite sides of the world.

I really should learn the differences. I'm pretty sure Dark Heresy'sbook states 41k. All I know is I'm not actually sure which age seeing as I'm rather new at Warhammer.

The emperor is entombed in his throne, if that helps. Like I said, I'm
not sure.

By the way, I'm starting this weekend. Might be slow at posting next week, as I'm leaving somewhere during my free week and I'm unsure where or how the Internet will be there. Most likely, I'll post at nights (on my side).

I read that as a huge number, plenty past 41k. Am I right or wrong? Also, can't two events happen at the same time in the vast galaxy?

999:year, out of 1000

m41: self explanitory

Hey ho, 40k fan dropping in. I help to run our own local club on me Isles. Right now we've been doing a Death Watch their that we're about to finish.

Well, if you help over there, would you be able to offer me any advice? I know little about Dark Heresy, as I'm only in my first one and since this'll be the first time I DM anything. All in all, I have very little experience. If you're going to join, please send me your sheet when it's done.

That's pretty bold then, I've GMed a number of rps and Fantasy Flight stuff (The company who made Dark Hersey) never make things easy. But hey, so long as you know what your doing and plenty of fun and so on. I'm sure everything will be alright. I'll send my character at some point anyways (It can take a while after all)

Honestly, I probably shouldn't have jumped right into DH. But I said I was gonna do it and I'm gonna at least try.

Meh. If I fail, I might try D&D. Unlike DH, it doesn't have a prebuilt world.

Anyway, the sooner I get your sheet, the better.

Fair enough, sent the character sheet anyways and it isn't important about getting the world right either. Warhammer has such a rich and (Much more at first, before 5th edition) flexible world, it's hard to be fussy about it. And the rules, well as I said, this is Fantasy Flight, their rules are too complex to get close to dead-on right all the time.

I know the rules pretty nicely. It's the world that I'm having slight problems with. Basically, I'm great at making small town worlds where they're not very linked. But with DH's tech, that limits my ability to use those types of worlds.
