Actually that is true.  On average when a person enters a relationship they tend to have sex less.  When they get married they have even less sex.  So if you are seeing someone and only have sex once in a while then you two start officially dating and then sometime later get married you're going to have sex very rarely, and by rarely I mean once in a blue moon.

Well obviously.  That's why I used the term "average".  To cherry pick certain couples out of it and use it to argue a point isn't statistically accurate.

It's better use a average than outliers, cause if you use outliers you are more than likely going to wind up being wrong about something.

I just think it's better to use the law of averages than to cherry pick statistics cause that way on average you'll be right most of the time.  A prime example of what I mean is to use a analogy think of it as like poker.  If you gamble or automatically assume you're going to win you're going to lose a ton of money.  If you assume that you're automatically going to lose you're going to win in the long run.

To further go down this analogy let's say your hand is a 2, 5, 7, jack, jack, queen.  You try to go for the straight then more than likely you're going to lose cause the statistical probability of getting all of a 3, 4, and a 6 are not good.  If you discard the 2, 5, 7 and queen then you might get a three of a kind, two pairs or a full house.

To go back to the topic of sex in relationships I'm currently single and not married not cause I want to be or incapable of having a long term relationship, but rather I have hold relationships in the past with people not interested in sex/barely interested in sex.  In the long run it did not turn out well.  No I didn't cheat on them; rather our relationship fell apart.  The thing that people don't realize is that sex is a massive part of a relationship.  If one person is a nymphomaniac who is used to open relationships and the other person is frigid and only has closed relationships it's going to fail.

The best thing two people can do is find someone whose sexual activity matches their own.  By that I mean lets say you only like to have sex once in a while; it's best to find someone similar to that.  If you find someone that always wants sex chances are relationship in the long run is going to fall apart cause they'll want sex more than you are willing.  If you find someone that never wants to have sex ever in their life chances are your relationship in the long run is going to fall apart.

A prime example of what I mean is that a woman I used to know got married.  It only took a couple of weeks for their relationship to utterly crumble, cause she only believed in sex for procreation and once she got pregnant they stopped having sex, and well since they only wanted one kid total you can probably guess where this went.

Tl:dr; On the scale of 1 to 10 rate how often you have sex or want sex.  It's best to find someone +/- 2 on that scale otherwise more than likely your relationship in the long run isn't going to work out.  A 1 would probably not be able to hold together their relationship with a 10.

Nice one.  Actually what I'm thinking of doing is to move outside of Los Angeles and since I have a advertising degree I'll pay off my loans, finish up transitioning and then try to get into it.  Los Angeles has a massive advertising economy, and it's where 90% of films are made.  In the long run it's the best financial plan cause both economies are suffering from a massive decrease, but as such I can hold two jobs at once.  By then both industries should eventually stabilize. . and yeah I am serious.
