I think it'd be cool to see her again, if they wanted to make Changelings a persistent threat like TNG did with the Borg, say. Or if they had a Princesses episode where there's like, I dunno a big ol' summit and Chrysalis is there and there is tension of various sorts.

I hope they bring changelings back for something. Ideally, I want the Mane 6 to solve a changeling problem. Something silly, with the line, "What do you mean ponies (x) their (y)s?" repeated no less than three times.

Personally I'd like for them to delve more deeply into changeling culture and their everyday lives when they're not attacking other countries. Also for a rouge traitor to the changeling nation to become a regular character. It could add a new direction to the show with a character who literally doesn't understand friendship or love even basic sense over the long run become a better individual. Not evil in that he doesn't understand why harming others is immoral and have him slowly become "learn the magic of friendship" over the course the others teaching the character about friendship. Like have one episode where applejack teaches the character about honesty, rarity teaching them about generosity, rainbow teaching them about loyalty and such over the course of several seasons.

Well, Big Mac and Zecora are recurring characters and either have only one episode to themselves. And Big Mac's was still more about the CMC. So it would be nice and all, but unlikely.

I'd probably have more to say if I could see how the comics portrayed them. Seems like there was a lot of changeling tidbits.

The comics portrayed the changelings as a group that moves from kingdom to kingdom, taking over the area and consuming the population. The drones where also far from mindless.


I haven't read the comics myself but that's what I've gathered.

I also think the comics have the same level of canon as the Star Wars EU does. It's true until something in the show contradicts it.

I have an idea. I was offline for a month cause ATT was a bunch of idiots when trying to set us up and won't fix our internet, so tomorrow we're just switching to someone else cause we've had enough.

I have an idea.  I was offline for a month cause ATT was a bunch of idiots when trying to set us up and won't fix our internet, so tomorrow we're just switching to someone else cause we've had enough.

Now imagine having to catch up on twice the amount of stuff... 
I think I'm going to say 'fuck it' with Tumblr and not even try to catch up on my general feed and just continue from now, while clearing the backlog of the few story based ones I follow.
If you can get verizon FIOS, that's what I have at my house and its great

I'm reminded of Darksiders. The Pegasus/Batpony hybrid reminds one of the Nephilim, and the black, yellow-eyed tentacles obviously smack strongly of Corruption.

It helps that I've sank far, far too much time into Darksiders recently.
