our one scientist, tabane shinonono, has come up with a device to follow the solar empire (after she watched the movie "The Jumper")

However true that may be, this is not the same device. This has been made with the concept of interdimentional travel and has implemented many magical artifacts, making it very senceitive to magical anomalies.

Hmmmmm...wait,Chrysalis was stronger then even Celestia with enough love power...perhaps if we give her enough power,she can bring us other factions to Equestria where Formis is! Anyone else up for this plan?
