Realizing his sudden outburst, Call shrunk down as far as he possibly could without altering his size base code.
Oh, now you hate me too, don't you?

She shakes her head. "No. None of us hate you Call. Just... Calm down, okay?" She gives a light smile.

Kalypso stares at Cally for a long time.

The corners of her mouth twitch, and she burst out laughing. She pats him on the head, "Oh you are so silly! Of course I don't hate you. You're a funny little program you are." She giggles, "Now go make a copy of yourself before Kronos get's a virus."

And indeed, Kronos is glaring at Cally.

He began walking towards the machine. As he passed Kalypso, he whispered, You really are beautiful though.

"Ya know, Kal, I think I have to agree with you. He is pretty cute." As Call steps in, the machine lights up and begins the back up process again.

The fly discreetly fly behind the machine, landing on the power cables.

Through an overture, it gets inside the machine...

The screen lights up with red warnings. "Awww crap, something happened to it." She looks up at Call. "Just stay there, I'll figure out what's wrong." She begins running diagnostics on the machine, soon zeroing in on the program.

[Harmony Ltd.]

There is no fly inside the machine. Instead, there is only a golden beetle, sitting there on the CPU.

Its mandibles are moving on empty space, seemingly feeding from thin air.

[Aonee]

Cents opens up part of the computer and finds the beetle. "What the..." She carefully grabs the beetle, then throws it outside. "Go on, shoo." She walks bac inside, double checks everything to make sure it's alright, and restarts the process. "Okay, I took care of that."

[Harmony Ltd.]

(( looks like the machine was... bugged.
FYI and OOC, the beetle may have left the seeds of some... surprises in the machine. I'll let you decide what if you want to play with that.))

((I'd say it's up to Jacky, then. Maybe his character is fine now, but his next reboot will have quirks ?
Basically, what I'm doing since the beginning is planting the seeds of possible future events. Pokes & prod, and wait to observe the results...))

BTW, Harmony, are you going to introduce an actual character, or just keep screwing with the program using random animals?
Oh, and the bug does nothing to Call, I've planned out enough crap to put him through, he don't need something going wrong with his backup.

Hearing that he wouldn't have to explore the place by himself anymore, Cally became ecstatic.
Oh wow, really? that'd be great! He then stopped himself and shrank back, twiddling his hooves nervously. Um, I mean, i-if it wouldn't be a b-b-bother to you to show a guy like m-m-me around town.

"Of course I don't." Crys pulls him over, then looks at Kronos and Kalypso. "You two coming?"

(( 1/ The metamorph IS my character. I'm currently developing it as it is interacting with the environment. The time will come soon enough where you'll be able to interact more directly with it.
2/ Fair enough, I'm just planting seeds, I don't want to force anything on anyone. ))
