IIRC in Misfits it was stated that Bloodwings hunts like that Steel Rangers, they just pick them up (by combined force of swarm) and drop them, until their armor will be broken enough to tear it apart.

Nope, Bloodwings did pick him up and drop him though. But he met his end with hellhounds right after Little Pip got pulled out of the Maripony ruins
