A few seconds pass before he responds.
"It's... pleasantly different. I never really longed for more space, so I guess I wasn't excited for it. I did quite a bit of flying, having nothing to do much of the time."

"You are way more than drunk," Charcoal said with a chuckle. "Here, drink some more water." He passed the canteen.

Shadow's eyes shoot open and notices he fell asleep in the tavern, he takes a look around, making sure to watch his breathing. He looks over at Cherry and smiles"At least somepony gets ta sleep peacefully."His tendrils take out the blanket and cover Cherry with it.

She snuggles closer to him

He smiles, then takes out his book and starts reading.

[Katarn]

"Well..I've been flying too." Novae finishes Quiver's wings and lay down them carefully back on the bed. "Either on back of my dad, when I was little or in his claws, when we need to get somewhere or from somewhere quickly."
Brushes Quiver's mane. "Do you think you'll be able to carry me?"

[Tytan]

Clock fumbles to take the canteen and drinks, "I think you're right."

[Ketchup]

"I believe I could. Probably not as fast as Jayne can, though."

[Katarn]

"Worst case, we both crash into the ground." Smiles. "Feel better now?"

[XT Vengeance]

"Yep. Don't worry though. I'll take care of you. I don't want you getting hurt," Charcoal says with a smile.

[Ketchup]

He stretches his wings.
"Uh huh, much better. Thanks."

[Katarn]

"I haz da magic hooves!" Lays her head on bed near Quiver. "I guess you're tired..after all what happened today and from your flight back here...want me to leave, so you could rest?"

[Tytan]

"That's sooo sweet! I love you Char," she puts on her best seductive look (which isn't very good at the moment), "C'mere sexy..."

[Ketchup]

He yawns.
"Yeah, maybe that's a good idea. I'll talk to you tonight?"

[XT Vengeance]

"Clock?" Charcoal said, confused.

[Tytan]

She offers her hindquarters, "C'mon, spank my flank and call me sexy."

[Katarn]

"We'll see. For now, rest." Kisses Quiver on nose and leaves.

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal locked up at that and fell backwards off of the bed. "Ooph!"

[Tytan]

She turns back to him on the floor, "Are you okay Char?" She smiles knowingly, "Didja wanna do it on the floor?"

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal shook his head rapidly to clear it. "I...no. Clock, you're drunk."

[Tytan]

She waves him off, "I'm not that drunk."

[XT Vengeance]

"Clock, I...alright," he said, a smile returning to his face. He stood up and pressed the mare back onto the bed. "How about you let me do the work this time?" he said to her quietly, running his mechanical fingers through her mane.

[Tytan]

"I'm not gonna complain."

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal kisses Clock on the lips, then slowly moves down her neck placing kisses as he went.

Fade to black.

[Tytan]

Some time later Clock wakes up to the unpleasant sensations of pounding in her head and queasiness in her stomach.

[Scyto Harmony]

Mincemeat stumbles into the tavern, his eyes sunken with bags under then, slightly bloodshot. He spots Shadow and trots over. "*Yaaaawn* Hey Shadow..."

[Guest]

Shadow looks up from his book"Howdy..."

[Scyto Harmony]

"How're you?" He doesn't wait for a response before continuing, "I've been up all night, I can't sleep after seeing, uh, it." He shuffles his hooves, nervously.

[Guest]

"Fine."The tendrils mark the page and close the book."Ain't nothin' ah haven't seen before."

[Scyto Harmony]

"So, uh..." He looks at the sleeping Cherry, absently, "What's the next move? You think we're going to split again?"

[Guest]

"Don't know, don't really care. Ah know where ah need ta go regardless."He notices Mince's gaze and a tendril pulls up the part of the blanket that fell to cover Cherry a little more.

"Where's that?" He asks, tilting his head.
