Charcoal is definitely the most powerful, regardless of level. Simply because he practically never misses. His disadvantages only come into play when Camo decides to be mean.

What are the rules for autofire, anyway? There's currently no drawback for Trigger Discipline as it is applied.

Well, Scyto, we don't actually know when Cyber's started showing up. Especially since there are so many side fics it's really hard to tell when they started.

But outside of the Stable Red Eye came out of I can't remember any other place in Equestria itself that had that tech.

In terms of producing them, yes, I believe she did.
Finding them, or a group of ponies, that has stashed them, is a different story, regardless of how rare said cyber parts are.

Chars just got a leg and an eye. BJ changes her parts more then she does her armor besides what I got from zodiac was internal cyber parts like hearts and lungs were rare not legs.
