The music used for the DS1 and DS2 trailers never showed up in the OST's.
For example Twinkle Twinkle Little Star isn't in the DS1 soundtrack.
So it's not going to be in it.

I don't know, I just had a lot of friends that missed it since it was kinda quiet when it played. I loved it's inclusion though, made it that much creepier.
